Lack of transparency on the refund fees and terrible customer service. They charged me 7 euro for a return even if the 7 euro for the transport were discounted because I ordered for more than 100 euro. I returned only 2 items for 26 euro and they kept 7 euro as a return fee even if there was no mention about this fee in the return request (they indicated euro 0.00 but it wasn't true). On they website it is indicated that a return fee of 7 euro may apply (not that they will automatically charge you 7 euro). The customer service is terrible, I sent them evidence with screenshots, emails etc. and they didn't take it into consideration. They continue to say that this is their return policy. Ok, I can understand but be transparent, inform the customers, the website is not clear, the return request even for confusing. I will never order again on this website. Such a pity as I was their customer for many years. They don't know how to keep their loyal customers.

They were happy to exchange for something else but I wanted a coat. I was blatantly accused of wearing it - I never did and was accused of lying - I was accused of damaging it when it was inspected by trading standards to be in perfect condition. I was in shock. I bought 3 items, one of which became unavailable and i was refunded immediately. The package came later than expected but i am patient..
The quality of the organic cotton pants is very nice to touch and visually..

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to warn people not to buy online from Benetton. I have had the most frustrating and infuriating experience that I will never be buying from them again. I ordered 2 jumpers that arrived 2-3 weeks after their standard delivery statement of '2-5 days' and now I want to return them and after completing their online returns form last week the returns label is still not available to download. I sadly cannot be bothered to contact them again. After reading the other reviews I worry that even if I do return it I might not get a refund so feel it's better to try and sell it myself to get some money back.
DO NOT BUY! SCAM
Purchasing from this eshop online from EU country, it is far from the experience you would get from their store. In the store, they always try to help you, regardless if it's an Ukrainian lady who doesn't speak the language of the country she is in... But man, the eshop is very bad level. The order took 3 weeks to get any update via email, customer service sucks, there's no phone line, and if you try to call their corporate or other lines in Italy (and you're based in the EU), they will tell you they have nothing to do with the eshop. Also, the physical stores have the same statements and they cannot help you as they're franchizing. It took 4 weeks to have the order arrived finally. There's no delivery option besides one, although in their FAQ they offer multiple options, even express shipping (it's not true). It took 3 weeks to process the order, and no update, so be aware of that. Another point, if you try to type any requests on their website, there's limited characters you can submit, so you can just write up to 2 sentences. Via email, they are not responsive, it takes them 2 weeks-1 month, or never to reply, it depends on their mood, and how they want to their job. It's really lack of customer service, and if you really like their stuff, you should buy it in the store, but otherwise, don't do it, you will save a lot of nerves. It's like one of those DEEP fake eshops, that don't have any customer line, and emails are secondary for them, and they don't care about the customer service. Making a return is also really hard, because they claim you can submit via the order / website, but it does not work, you won't be able to submit unless you email them directly and please them to create the return for you, so many people are left with the unwanted stuff and not making any returns because who has time to do all this work, when it supposed to be a pleasant shopping? They still owe me money and they are terrible at the communication, still no answer after over a month. I will report them to my bank institution.

An extremely unpleasant in-store experience in Lucca. The lack of empathy and the way a child was treated was shocking. Benetton should seriously review its customer service standards.
NEVER AGAIN!
I placed an order over a month ago, and the order status is still stuck on “preparing.” Nothing has been shipped, nothing has changed.
I contacted customer service to request a refund, and all I received in return were automated, copy-paste responses that sent me in circles without resolving anything. There is no real support, no accountability, and no clear answer about my money or my order.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand of this size.
I have never experienced such poor customer service.
I will never order from Benetton again, and I have decided to leave a negative review every single day until my refund is processed and my money is returned.
Avoid if you value your time, your money, and basic customer respect.

I never thought that Benetton - such big brand would be such big scam. I will wait few days more and request refund. Otherwise i will take legal action.

I ordered two merino sweaters 5 days ago, and didn't receive any update on the parcel - when in the website it said the shipping time was between 2-5 days (I should've received already). And now I see here a bunch of reviews showing that it's a scam!

Forced to shop online because they closed the store in my town. I ordered on 02/12/2025 and the estimated delivery time was 4-6 business days. Well, 9 days have passed and the order is still being processed. No updates, no nothing. I know the quality of the items I am purchasing because it is not the first time I purchase them and I have always been satisfied with that. But come on, Benetton... is there only one person working in the warehouse?
Can't return
Ordered some items online and they were delivered. However, I cannot return them because the online status of the shipment is "sent", not "delivered". Reached out to their CS for help with this issue 5 days ago, got a question about the items I want to return, replied, and still silence.

Poor delivery, avoid
Like a lot of other reviews, UPS didn’t deliver, they have no record of delivery (the photo or signature they claim they keep), and said they delivered to someone with a name that does not exist in my street. All made up so they didn’t have to bother delivering or redelivering. Benetton are now telling me it’s my error!
Horrible experience
order placed 17/08/2025. Email confirmed order delivery 2-5 days. 26th August the order is still showing as being processedI rang customer service who said they cannot tell me when it will be sent as they are busy.
I then emailed customer service and got the exact same response by email.
The parcel eventually arrived dirty and ripped on 2nd September.
The web site says fast delivery!
The quality of the shirts is not great, I would send them back but it is a nightmare to do that too.

Ordered items all too big sent back on the 20th of June and still no refund. They received my returns and all they say when I contact is they are busy so I must be patient. They now say they will escalate but to date no refund. They are a scam site do not order as they do not refund when parcel returned.
