Avoid! None responsive customer service, poor quality

I bought 2 baubles at christmas on peeorder for 12th December for christmas gifts. Paid a fair bit of money, plus more for shipping. Got an email to say one of them will be delayed and I could cancel as a result. So I got in touch to cancel and they just said it will dispatch soon, I responded to say it won't be here for christmas so I want to cancel. They ignored me. Got to January and no sign of them, no delivery updates either so I filed a charged back with my bank. Then I had lots of emails from them asking me to cancel the charge back as it was about the ship, I ignored them so they asked again. They then sent them and again they asked if I would cancel the charge back again so I said no I won't, and explained what had happened and that I no longer wanted the baubles as it was mid January!

Anyway, thankfully my bank fought back and I kept the money because they arrived and the quality was awful. The gold horse bauble has bubbles in the paint and the paint rubbed off the other one!

Don't order from this site, even as a massive Beyonce fan. It's so so bad.

They never respond then cancel orders!

I ordered a concert hoodie in August the moment they went on sale. It was supposed to ship within a few days and never did. A few weeks ago I sent an email to their customer service asking what was going on. I got no response. Today, October 2, 2025, I received notification my order is CANCELED. At least I was fully refunded? It’s astonishing how an artist with this level of professionalism in all other areas can tolerate this kind of slop with her post-tour merchandise. I’m not ordering anything from them in the future. Not worth the wasted time or headaches wondering if your order will even be fulfilled when it’s placed ON THE DAY THE ITEM BECOMES AVAILABLE. Avoid!

I ordered the river dance hat soon as I placed the order I realized I forgot a number in my address so I immediately emailed them. Told me they would get back with me within 72-96 hours. They finally emailed me back a month later. Told me the package was delivered told them I never received it that the address I put doesn’t even exist emailed me back a week later telling me after a order was placed they don’t accept modifications to or cancellation or any other offering. $60 on a hat I’ll never see.(when I placed it I tried to call the number for the shop left several voicemails called the delivery courier just for them to tell me I have to change my shipping address through beyonces website

Poor products and customer service

Purchased the Cowboy Carter Art book which was packaged poorly and arrived damaged. Emailed them to be told to confirm my address and a replacement will be sent, it’s been well over a month and heard nothing since. Even after more emails. Took a chance and ordered a T-shirt for the show I’m going to, only for it to arrive a couple of days before and look nothing like the images on the website. Costs a lot of money to get Beyonce stuff shipped to the UK with tax and shipping. For their customer service to be THAT bad really feels like a kick in the teeth to the fans and feels like nothing will be done about it since they don’t reply to emails, and don’t accept returns. Feel pretty gutted that one of my favourite artists, I assume has no idea her fans are being treated like this.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!! All vinyl arrived damaged. False product descriptions! All sales are final which does not apply when customers are getting lied to! Don't order here. Get everything off your local record store since nothing is exclusive!

Several months waiting for a LP that never arrived. Not refunded and the WORST experience ever. Come on Bey, you don't have the means to afford a better costumer service gurl? This is CRAZY. Don't shop there!!!

Can't really understand why everything went so wrong for this era

I've always been a huge Beyoncé fan so of course everytime new merch is released on her website I buy something. Never had any problem with the US store (which was the only store available before March 2024) and even though I used to pay quite a lot for shipping (I'm from Italy), I always received my stuff in no longer than a week, 10 days maximum. The merch was always in perfect conditions and I never had any complaints.
As you can imagine, when I found out they were opening an European store for the release of Cowboy Carter I was very excited and decided to pre-order both the vinyl and the box set with the CD and the t-shirt.
The stuff was supposed to come from Germany so I thought it was gonna take just a few days for the merch to arrive. Needless to say I was wrong.
First of all, there was no way you could track your order (or better said, you could, but you had to pay an additional price for that, and from the experiences I've heard the tracking was also pretty terrible). Second of all, the items actually took some time to get shipped. I received my vinyl after almost two weeks (which still not that bad, just embarassing that it took so long for a package from Germany, when the packages from the USA took way less time), and the vinyl was completely flawed. On the outside there were no flaws, however when I played it on my record player it SKIPPED whole songs and half of the record was impossible to listen to.
Of course I send a complaint with proofs and they respond after some days saying they was gonna send another one (this was in the beginning of April). I was satisfied with the response so I waited for my new vinyl to get sent. In the meantime I received also the box set which was no longer a box set but a merch bundle (they changed the name of the item AFTER lots of people had already bought it). It was pretty disappointing not receiving it in a box (like I was expecting) because people that ordered from the USA actually did receive a box but for us Europeans apparently they couldn't.
However, the merch was in good conditions, both the CD and the t-shirt so no complaints there.
More than one month passes and finally I receive the new vinyl on the 30th of May.
I immediately went to try it on my record player and this one was also flawed. I could hear to most of the songs but it still skipped some parts on some songs (for example, it completely skips the chorus of 16 Carriages).
It's not a problem of my record player cause I played other records as well and I haven't had this problem with the others, I guess I was just extremely unlucky?
Fortunately, they gave me a full refund (although I had to pressure them and send lots of emails) so finally I can buy the REAL cowboy carter vinyl from Amazon or any other vinyl store.
I don't want to talk about the terrible communication the shop has given to Beyoncé's fans during the Cowboy Carter era, promising one thing and then giving something completely different (No bonus track on the CD like initially promised on the website, tracks missing, no booklet or anything in the vinyl, not even the tracklist, just a QR code to Beyoncé's website??????Just bad really)
I don't think I'm ever gonna buy from her shop again unless something changes and I start hearing good reviews cause my experience has been very awful in this era and from what I've heard it has been the same for other fans as well.
Just don't buy here, wait for the merch to drop on Amazon or any other website.

Worst customer service ever.
I ordered an LP and a T-shirt on March 29, 2024, but it never arrived. I had to request cancellation of the order on April 22, 2024, because it’s ridiculous to wait all this time, especially considering that I paid 20 euros for shipping

Cowboy carter

Ordered from the European site to Sweden, took 8 days to arrive. Got a shirt and cd, they both look amazing. Sad that the limited edition Cd's and vinyls didn't come with all tracks but thats whatevs. Will be ordering in the future.

an incomplete LP 😭

Can’t believe I ordered an incomplete LP… guys DO NOT order on Beyoncé.com the cd and LP are missing tracks … I’ve had a T-shirt as well… it’s hudge and man shaped… I’m really unhappy about this

Incomplete Vinyl, Automated Responses

I will start by saying I am a huge Beyoncé fan. I was excited to pre-order the Cowboy Carter vinyl. However after I received it I realized it was missing several tracks. I inquired with Shop Beyonce and after waiting a week+ got a canned automated response that didn't even answer my questions.

Beyoncé is a generational talent so it's insane to me that she seems to be outsourcing her customer service and physical merchandise to a company who couldn't care less.

Avoid this shop ESPECIALLY for pre-orders.

please avoid this shop!!

please avoid this shop!! I have purchased 4 box sets of the newest Bey's album - decided to keep only one, have contacted the shop and how can I return the other 3 - no response since 4th of August, a week now. Not only that, one of the ordered boxes has an incorrect size T-shirt so it is not even what I originally ordered! Messaged them on Insta as well - no reply! Feeling like I've been robbed! :((((((
