I had been inactive for two years
I had been inactive for two years, it was required I log in or lose my account. After two years, the requirement of a two factor authorization (which wasn't require when I started), changed devices, etc etc, it took some doing to get straighten out again in order to access my account. With the help of BAM (the Binance AI) and the people of Binance, I am hopeful things are going to go smoothly now.

8/6-7/26 After more than five hours in a chat where I was misdirected with what turned out to be incorrect and sometimes repeat directions, Zoey finally understood what was needed and sent a simple 6-line instruction for me to access ONE in Harmony Mainnet and transfer my balance to Binance. Looking back, with the proper directions the problem could have been solved in less than 10 minutes. It is always more difficult and undesirable when chatting with a bot instead of talking with a human.
After the fact, I saw a support phone number on the site. But since I didn't need it anymore, I don't know how it would have gone had I seen the number and called it initially.

My account got locked from day one and the issue was never resolved. I have $200 on that account that needs to be returned to me ASAP. They said they were going to get back to me in two hours and takes them a whole day.

Shut Down at Binance for No Reason
I attempted to do a crypto transfer and it didn't happen. I have tried many times to get this reset. The customer service is AWFUL, mostly clankers (AI robots), very few humans. They all send a canned response to any question. I've been shut off from my money for a week with no sign of resolution. Their website says Buy, Sell, Trade. Yeah right! Please note the pre-written replies from Binance on this Trustpilot forum. That is all that you're going to get from them.
