To confusing to use BitMex

I lost just money, but guess there are 10% the make real money. The support was helpful. But for me is the App to confusing and the overview is also realy confusing.

Stay away from this platform they froze my funds with no reason and I talked to the support they told me they reviewing my account that they will get back to me I waited for weeks it still frozen
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days …………..……… Seek help if you can
