Tried their bloch allure heel, they failed making this shoe it's extremely painful not for dancers feet, they also don't pay for returns.. but make you return in original packaging which costs a lot of money... complete scam to not even have shoes.. they just stole money. Also the shoes took 3 weeks to arrive due to "inventory". Insane.

I ordered a bag and it arrived ripped. I immediately emailed them to process an exchange or return and they were completely unwilling to help me. I specifically told them I did not need a refund - just a non-ripped product. They did not care. What a shoddy company who rips off their customers. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! AVOID THEM!

Ordered tap shoes and a bag in good faith. When package didn't show up, I emailed them and got the same song and dance about "the post office sometimes doesn't scan packages until final delivery and our agreement with them prevents us from getting involved for 14 days "
Today I went to local PO and asked if a tracking number can be created without actual delivery to a post office. "Oh yeah!" Then he looked it up for me and that's what happened.
Stay away from these burglars and if the dance school your child attends recommends Bloch, give them an ear full which is what I will do tomorrow.

My advice to you is avoid using this provider of dance wear. After waiting over from a month for a response for a returns claim. Only to be told that their policy was unclear and misleading. We have been unable to return my son dance belt at cost of £45. We accept and understand the return of dance felt it’s not normally an acceptable practice however these were so ridiculously small that my son was not willing to attempt possibly damaging process of attempting to place these onto his person. He was the policy and I quote ‘this is a common source of confusion and I apologise if this wasn’t made clearer at the point of purchase.’
Bottom line do not buy dance belts from this company. no pun intended.

First time putting them on newly bought feel apart both shoes. Thank God was not on stage! The tap top sole fully feel off and the other is ready to fall off ..I have pictures. We have gone four year with a pair in the past. I'm assuming bad batch.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a dance bag on 9/18. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t received it. I emailed customer service and they told me to wait another 10 days because that’s when they could file a claim per their agreement with USPS. Insane. Any other retailer would have at least attempted to remedy the situation. They were very slow to respond also. Overall a bad experience that took 3 weeks to an order of a single item.
Return process is awful
The experience is awful, I highly recommend buying elsewhere. Their clothes are extremely small for the ages advertised. We sent back shoes that were €22 and my partner spent half that on postage to return! Not worth it but he didn't know the price of the contents. The package was returned in early September and reported as delivered and still no refund. I chased this over a week ago and they marked the refund as “urgent”. There’s still nothing. It’s pretty awful service!
Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. I visited the store for the first time after checking the shoe model on the Bloch website. Unsure about the size, I decided to buy in-store, following the address provided by the website for the Bloch Brisbane shop.
I purchased a pair of dance shoes that looked like sport shoes. Unfortunately, the size was wrong, and although I requested the correct size, I didn't want to wait. According to the website, there is a standard 30-day return policy for refunds.
However, when I attempted to return the shoes the next day, I was told there is no return policy due to the shop's own rules, which no one had informed me about. Now, I am left with $140 worth of shoes and have been unable to get in touch with their customer service. I plan to leave negative reviews everywhere and will be contacting the ACCC to check the legality of their return policy.
Shocking Customer Service
I cannot believe the shocking customer service from Bloch and wish I had read the reviews before ordering from their website. I made an order in July and returned 2 items as per their required process. I have had no acknowledgement of my return or any money back. There is no contact number on their website, just a generic contact form (which I have submitted twice). I have always purchased my dancewear and ballet and tap shoes from Bloch instore. I should have done that this time. I will never order from their website again.
Same crappy service as other customers
Same as other customers - bought a tutu for my daughter that was too small. Customer service was totally unhelpful. Aggravating experience and would buy elsewhere next time.
Expensive to return, sizing off, not as well made as older model flats
Not sure if this is for Blochworld USA. I purchased a ballet flat that looked similar to Bloch flats I bought several years ago. Can only pay by credit card, no Paypal or other service available. Arrived in a week or so, reasonable, but it is smaller than the other Bloch flats I have. Wrote company and was informed there is no exchange or paid return service. Not very friendly in email. I tried 3 different ways to package per postal instructions and still ended up sending by USPS for $14.90. If Bloch offered return shipping, even if customer paid, Bloch could still offer a lower return ship rate due to bulk deal with post office. Very disappointed in this entire experience. Wrote several times and customer service not helpful in the list. Shoes not only not sized propertly but not as well made as in past. Old flats had leather soles, these have synthetic. Not as cute or comfortable either.
Wonderful product, terrible service
Wonderful product, TERRIBLE customer service. As they have SUCH a terrible reputation and policy for returns, I wanted to be sure I ordered the right size. They were unable or unwilling to answer the most basic question (are the posted shoe sizes bloch sizing or Australian sizing), sent me a dead link that even had it been live (I searched it myself) was not helpful, and did not even bother responding to a follow up email.
I wish Jason Samuels Smith designed shoes with another manufacturer, lol.

If you live outside Australia they have a different return policy. They will not take returns/exchanges from international orders. I accidentally orders the wrong size and they couldn’t accommodate me. They told me to sell them on eBay to get my money back. I have been a customer of there’s for 20 years I find that pretty insulting.

Worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Just shocking. I purchased a new pair of trainers last week, which I tried on in the store, paid for it walked to my car just to realise I should have bought another colour. So I returned after 5 minutes and bought the same size in a different colour.
When I got home I put them on and the shoe as very tight. I immediately called the store and was told that there was a faulty batch and they thought all those shoes were no longer in their stock. They reassured me that the design I chose is one which does not stretch and they have ordered the same size from their warehouse (NOT faulty batch). Once I got the call they arrived I went back just to be spoken to in a very condescending manner by a sales assistant, telling me the shoe stretches and they never had any faulty batches, making me look like a liar. Please can you make sure your staff know what they are selling and please teach them the rule that the customer is always right…. Especially when they are given instructions by your own colleague. From now on I shall support individual business, where the staff is knowledgeable of the items they sell!!
Missing Item from order
Ordered over £100 worth of dance items including a bag which wasn't delivered. I have emailed Bloch three times and not had a response. This is really poor customer service. This bag is needed and I cannot afford to be out of pocket due to a mistake made in dispatching my order. I buy all my daughters dancewear from Bloch so to have this happen is very dissapointing!
