Terrible platform with useless support — no basic account features
My experience with Blockchain.com has been completely disappointing. The platform lacks basic account management features — there is no option to change your password, which is a fundamental security requirement for any financial platform.
When I contacted their support team for help, their response was consistently “We can’t help,” with no alternative solutions offered and no effort to escalate or resolve the issue. The support is slow, careless, and deeply unprofessional. They clearly have no interest in retaining customers or treating them with basic respect.
I do not recommend this platform to anyone. Stay away.
UPDATE: Blockchain replied asking me to submit a ticket. This is exactly the problem I described — a closed loop with no real solution.
The facts remain unchanged: my Hotmail account cannot open your app despite receiving emails from you. There is no password reset option. There are no updates. There is no basic account management. I was forced to create a new Gmail account just to access a platform I already had.
Your support team’s response was “We can’t help” — repeatedly. Now your public reply says you are “committed to resolving this as quickly as possible.” These two statements cannot both be true.
A financial platform with no password reset, no account recovery, and a support team that refuses to assist is not a platform anyone should trust with their money. I have documented everything and will continue to update this review publicly.

Absolutely terrible experience with Blockchain.com and I honestly regret ever trusting this platform with my money.
My account was fully verified from onset and this was NOT even my first transaction of this kind on the platform. Everything worked fine until suddenly my withdrawals started getting reversed after being marked “successful.” Then out of nowhere my account became “restricted” and “not verified” even though it was previously verified and actively used.
What makes this worse is the endless back and forth with support. I complied with EVERY single thing they asked for:
- Selfie verification
- Email verification
- Wallet ownership confirmation
- Destination confirmations
- Source of funds explanations
Then they started asking me for banking information tied to the “deposit” into Blockchain. I had to repeatedly explain that NO ACH, NO wire, and NO bank deposit was ever used because the BTC was purchased WITH CASH through a CoinFlip Bitcoin ATM directly to my wallet QR code.
I even explained the exact ATM location and offered to provide receipts proving the purchase, yet it still felt like nobody was actually reading my emails.
At this point I originally deposited over $2100 and because of the way Blockchain has poorly handled and dragged out this investigation, I’m now running at a loss while my own funds remain inaccessible.
The communication has been horrible, the investigation process feels completely disorganized, and support keeps sending repetitive responses or going silent for days while my money remains locked.
If you actually care about having access to your money when you need it, be very careful trusting this platform.

The honest truth is I do not know what exact update your team is still waiting for from me at this point because I have responded to every request that has been made throughout this entire process.
From the beginning, my account was already verified and this was not even my first transaction of this kind on Blockchain. Everything was working fine until my withdrawals suddenly started getting reversed after being marked successful. I would receive confirmation emails saying the withdrawal was successful, only for the funds to later return back into my account. Then my account suddenly became restricted and started showing as “not verified” even though it had already been verified before.
I even went out of my way to attempt verification a second time and that still failed.
Since then, I have complied with every single request your team has made, including:
- Selfie verification
- Email verification
- Wallet ownership confirmations
- Destination confirmations
- Source of funds explanations
- Multiple compliance follow-ups
The last request I received from your team was asking me to provide the bank account used to deposit the funds into Blockchain. I have already explained multiple times that there was NO bank transfer involved at all.
The BTC in question was purchased WITH CASH through a CoinFlip Bitcoin ATM using my Blockchain wallet QR code. No ACH transfer was done, no wire transfer was done, and no direct bank deposit was ever made into Blockchain. Because of that, the banking information being requested simply does not exist.
I also explained the exact CoinFlip ATM location and even offered to provide the receipt proving the cash purchase if needed.
At this point, I have submitted more than 7 tickets and spent days going back and forth providing the same explanations and verifications repeatedly, yet I still cannot access my funds or receive a clear explanation of what exact issue remains on my account.
I genuinely need someone to properly review the history of this case because it honestly feels like my previous responses are not being fully read before new requests are sent.
Please advise clearly on:
1. What exact restriction still exists on my account
2. What exact information is still supposedly missing
3. What final step is required for my funds to finally be released
I am requesting a direct and definitive resolution to this matter as soon as possible.

I would like to continue with the impact of Blockchain's refund process on us. My 200,000 euros were transferred to Blockchain, where an investigation began to recover those who had previously been scammed. I have paid almost the same amount so far as the scam company, from which I eventually got my funds back, but I was scared to report the crime and report it to the FBI. The real infuriating phenomenon is that I was only asked once about one large sum, if I wanted it for myself by paying a certain amount. I refused, but despite that, I have been transferred a total of many times the amount of funds that were originally transferred to Blockchain. All our money has been used and Blockchain's policy is that I have to accept 1,800,000 USD more than what was originally transferred to them to pay me! So we are in a situation where we cannot and do not want to pay and risk a single euro in payments, and at the same time Blockchain refuses to give me the original amount of 200,000 euros that I requested!

Completely un usable
I have used blockchain on an off for the pastb5 years or so and it has only gotten worse. I came to complain about the completely non functionality of the site, and then read some reviews and remembered past experiences of them holding my funds for too long and transfers pending for too long. You are the blockchain, why does it take hours for you to send a coin, when no other exchange ever takes that long? Anyway, the site is so disfunctional now that it logs me out before it even finishes loading the page and then I have to re verify my device by email to log in, and that has to be done in split screen or it doesn't recognized that you've verified. Shit is ridiculous. It says something, when the core of a function, functions like a con.. what the fk are we doing with coins but allowing criminals to Capitalize on an undefined hard to interpret product. BTC and all the other coins were created by criminals for criminals. That's the reality. We are now playing on the field of, you let me take it from you, because you left it there to take. Un retractable, trasably untrasable. Stop expanding and fix what you already have. And stop stealing from your customers, even for just a few extra minutes so your balance can do what it do. Just fung stop, you'll still make plenty of money Mr. blockchain.
