Absolutely amazing have been here twice now and had between the family have had 8 piercings, We are all so happy with them. My young daughter had here ears pierced and was very nervous and both shop staff and the piercer (Geoffrey) made her feel so comfortable and at ease. I will def recommend and will be going back. PS the band t shirts are also awesome.

Amazing! I am so happy with the customer service, the piercing & being told about after care for my piercing! Today I came across 4 member of staff, Jess, Lowrie & Kirsty (and Apolagies k didn’t catch the name of the other member of staff), Lowrie did my septum piercing and she was so professional, and gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, while Kirsty was guiding her, both showed exceptional hygiene and cleanliness through out the appointment, and ensuring I was comfortable as well. I did not catch the name of the first person who I seen in store but she was so friendly, and really help ful, Jess too was also super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back here for another piercing! Thank you to everybody!

I had 3 x piercings over the summer at Blue Banana in Plymouth with Matt and Biba (supported my Matt and Liam). I was extremely nervous as I had not had a piercing in years and was a gibbering wreck by the time I went in to be pierced, talking non-stop and overcome with nerves. Both times Matt, Biba (and Matt and Liam) were so kind and supportive and constantly reassured me and put up with all my non-stop questions and concerns. They truly went above and beyond to relax and reassure me and to make my experience as comfortable as possible. They held my hand and made me laugh at the more painful parts of the process (though the pain was only fleeting!)and let me know step by step throughout the process what was happening and what to expect. Matt and Biba were so knowledgeable and reassuring and professional (as are all the staff) and I cannot praise them enough :-). The after care is also exceptional and all follow up questions I had were met with a smile and great advice and reassurance by all the staff. I was also reassured that I could pop in at any time if I had any worries or any further questions. The first time I went in the shop they were extremely busy, but I never once felt rushed or hurried and every customer was treated with kindness and care. I would highly recommend visiting Blue Banana for your piercings, safe in the knowledge you will receive the absolute best of care with the kindest most supportive staff. Thank you so much Matt, Biba, Matt and Liam and to all of the wonderful team in Blue Banana. Look forward to seeing you all again next time! :-)

I have had all my piercings done at Blue Banana in Manchester.
I first had my belly button done, I was so so nervous it took ages, but the girl who did it was so patient. She was so calm, spoke with me, showed me and only did it when I was ready.
Then I had my nose pierced, again I was nervous, and again the girl was patient with me. Unfortunately I messed up my piercing and had to return to get it re-pierced, the young guy was empathetic with what I had done and was great explaining why it happened.
I would love to return to Blue Banana to get my helix pierced.

This was my second visit to Blue Banana in Reading. Daisy and Timea were, once again, amazing. They spent a long time with me, mainly due to the fact I spent a long time choosing a pair of boots. I ended up with a superb pair, and, thanks to my wife, purchased an awesome belt as well.

I also had a piercing done. I didn't ask the guy his name, but it turns out we know the same people within social care. He was equally awesome.

I'll probably go back, as there's another pair of boots with my name on.

Small moan- delivery specified a date on the order form and then confirmed between that date and another and product arrived another day after that.
Other than that I am delighted with my purchase!

Today I got my nose pierced by Emily. She was very welcoming and made my piercing experience amazing. It was so lovely to catch up with her and see her progress so much as a piercer. Amazing job!! Thank you♡
