I wish that I had checked Bombas out on Trust Pilot before I ordered. I have never received my order. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I have asked for a refund with no response. I will lodge complaints to hopefully stop other people from being taken in by this company.

The socks were so small I couldn't even get them over my toes. I tried contacting them for a refund, but instead they gave me credit and sent more socks in a totally different size. I did not want credit, I wanted my money refunded. When I email them I think the reply is AI.

I fell in love with Bombas socks the first time I put them on. This recent purchase was for the no-show socks. I put them on with excitement only to become saddened by their riding down or coming half way off. I don't know if I will purchase anymore from Bombas.
Great marketing, crappy socks.
Bought a few pair to give a try but ended up very disappointed. Every wash they shrink a little more. Bought for size 10.5. I think now they are for size 8. They are no more comfy than socks you can buy for a much lower price. It's all BS. They don't last very long either. Don't get sucked in

The reviews here are outdated! The service here was incredibly stellar. My order was still processing after 1 week when i paid 11$ for shipping & when i reached out to then not only did they refund my shipping but also let me get an replacement item of much higher value! All in 4 days. I'm very satisfied !! 💕

Don’t bother believing the hype. Great fit when wearing at first. Then, they slip off (cushioned no show socks). Feel really scammed. €15-/+ a pair. Never again!!

Shocking customer service. 3 orders in a row unfulfilled after weeks of waiting. Complaints process is a joke, while product itself is very good. Company management is terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will leave a review but I see your feedback is already poor so it won't make any difference. They have lost a repeat customer.

Love their products but terrible customer service. Ordered from them….nada for ten days and only when I reached out about the order did they tell me the item I wanted was out of stock and offer a refund. I STILL would have accepted a different color but no. Do not recommend!
Mostly hits, one miss, great customer service
I love Bombas products - consistently excellent quality. I also really appreciate their customer service. I purchased two pairs of booties for women to try to figure out which size I should keep. One ended up being too big and the other too small. This is the only product of theirs that didn't quite fit the bill for me and I let them know that they were trying to fit too wide a range of foot-sizes into one shoe. They were apologetic, gracious about the refund, and made the process very easy.

I have bought and received as gifts, Bomba socks. Most recently was missing a pair in an 8 pack and the other part of the order is still in process. I emailed and was told I could call the support number which I did. Auto message was that they were not accepting calls at this time. CC was fully charged for an incomplete order.

Bought several pairs of socks for my husband two months ago. They shed like crazy and two individual socks already have holes. Awful quality. Def do not recommend.

I found it surprising the unsatisfactory experience. Spent close to 275 dollars - took weeks to get delivered. Tracking system that did not work. Bad customer service - cutting and pasting the same message which was not a response to my inquiry. Not worth the money. Nice socks once i finally revcieved but massive hassle and very poor service and delivery times. Look elsewhere

I have been very frustrated with the lack of customer service from bombas. I received my order on 3/17 and started the refund process. On 3/18 they emailed me telling me the order had been refunded and provided a mailing label to return order. I was informed it would be 3-5 business days for the refund to process. Since that date I have attempted to email several times informing them that my refund has not processed. I sent them a picture of the return package and the tracking slip indicating they had received my return. After several unanswered emails, I attempted to call them. The phone rang and a voice informed me they were not taking phone calls. I sent one final email today, 3/31, requesting my refund and informing them I would 1)dispute the charge with my credit card company, and 2) submit a claim with Trust Pilot if I did not hear from them. Also troubling with Bombas is that they give you a link to receive a faster refund. When I have twice attempted to use the link, I am informed of delivery failure as the site does not exist. They owe me $90.95 cents for my order which was returned to them the day after I received them.
Amazing Service Total customer happiness
I received amazing support when socks were too small for my husband...a refund was amazing. I tried them on and love them!! SOOOO comfortable! My husband's big wide foot was not doable but my very long narrow foot loves them.
Durability? Not so much.
I bought my brother 3 pairs of Bombas socks for Christmas and 3 months later 2 of them were worn out with holes on the heels. I do not recommend.
Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience. I contacted Bombas within minutes of placing my order to correct a shipping address and was told it could be updated. I provided the correct address right away, but no one followed up or made the change.
As a result, my order was shipped to the wrong address and marked as delivered. When I tried to resolve the issue, the support phone number didn’t even work. This was a preventable issue that came down to lack of response and follow-through.

Have no idea how good the socks are.
Maybe they make wonderful socks, but I wouldn’t know. Over two weeks since my order and they just now emailed me saying they couldn’t fill the order. Refunded my order and sent me a 25$ credit. Hahahaha. No thanks. What a shitty way to handle customer care. Won’t be ordering anything from them and will be letting my friends and colleagues know to stear clear.
