Two dresses arrived in 2 days and the third the following day - via Freemans.

Dresses okay for the money - all sequinned evening dresses. However, one is being returned due to a fault and so many beads on my bedroom floor. I will have to order it again - lots of disappointment and inconvenience because of poor workmanship and no check prior to despatch.
One dress looks as though the seamstress got bored after doing the bodice and I am concerned for the few sequins on the skirt - don't want to leave a trail behind me. It may go back but waiting to try on when someone else here.

I have been waiting for this package for days. I ordered on the 22nd of May hoping to run jentebølgen on the 2nd of June wearing those sneakers, but they still haven't arrived, and it's the 4th. I normally receive the packages within a week of ordering. This is the first time I have been disappointed.

Absolutely amazing dress. It was much better than i expected. Arrived very well packed. Overall a very good shopping experience.

Great piece of clothing, arrived in good time

It is quite strange that one cannot purchase anything in this store anymore if you have Scandinavian letters in your name(which half of scandinavia has). I though this was just a temporary bug in the payment section. Came back a few months later and it is still the same. I have been shopping in this store for years.

I don't know how to reply to the reply below, so I am extending the review. The problems starts when one tries to pay with a card. I tried changing the letters and any other possible solution. I got a confirmation from bonprix on January 29 at 15:05, that your payment system(I assume new payment system) don't accept these letters. I just thought this bug would have been fixed by now.

It is too bad because I love this store a lot. One can do manual bank transfers, but it really should not have to be that difficult to pay.

I ordered, I payed, they say I didn't pay! They canceled my order. I proved, that I payed!! They don't react anymore. That's the short version. So they got over 1000 kronen from me and just denied that I payed! Never again!!!!

I was asked for more information about what happened. I dont know how to do that so I send it here. If its wrong please send me a short notice.
I ordered some clothes at bonprix. There is a possibility to pay named 'straksbetaling'. So I used that one.
After I payed my order the confirmation Email from bonprix arrived. After the first one 4 more Confirmation Emails arrived. All for the same order with the same ordernumber, but 5 times! So I opened my bonprix-account again and saw, that my order was there 5 times! So, I ordered the same stuff 5 times! I send an Email to the costumerservice and they solved this problem really quick. In the end there was just 1 order and I thought everything is good!
The next thing that happened: I got an Email from Bonprix, that I have two days to pay my order or it will be canceled. So I send my paymentconfirmation. The answer was that I didnt use the link to pay! I dont even know what they are talking about. I used 'straksbetaling'. So I sendet all informations again! I didnt got an answer on that one.
So there we are now. Im angry and dissapointed. I want my money back!

Overall, great communication, the selection of products is satisfactory and the sizes (in my case, at least) have always been on point.

Good quality clothes with a good range of to choose from, accurate with sizes, good customer service, a lot of sales, fast shipping.You can’t go grow with the choices .There is something for everyone!.

I was honestly worried after reading the reviews but I had a great experience. My order arrived maybe 1 or 2 weeks after I placed the order and it included a return label inside. I returned the items that didn't fit and after a few day I got a refund.

Was delievered from Germany to Norway. Fast, near of my home and very easy to take this (it was on the post office). Inside was return-paper. But product was very good, i don't need send it back. I ordered: PUTE FOR PERSONER SOM SOVER PÅ SIDEN (140x40) and TREKK TIL SIDEPUTE (2-PACK). Thank you.

Bonprix is a problematic and fraudulent company, don't buy from them!

Reasons:
1) When ordering online, I can choose between "pay by invoice" or "credit card". I chose "pay by invoice". My order was not sent. Customer service said that "pay by invoice" doesn't work and I need to reorder. Why can't Bonprix tell me this when I select the payment method?

2) I sent back all the 3 items in my order, with photo and video as proof. Only the amount for 2 items was refunded. Customer service claims that the finance department needs time, what I don't understand.

If Bonprix really only received 2 items in the return package, they should immediately call the police due to theft. If they did receive all 3 items, they should quickly refund me the purchase price minus 49kr return shipping cost. Otherwise it is customer fraud.

3) The quality of goods at Bonprix is ​​low.

I am very happy about the products I have purchased from Bonprix. It (usually) does not take long to receive the products and the sizes fit me. Even though I'm a difficult size to accommodate and it always looks like the product will not fit as it looks very small in the mail. I have purchased dresses, tops and sweaters. Very happy 😊

Made an order three times. Every time it gets cancelled with no explanation. I have called them and they keep saying that they can not find an order in their system. Even though I have an order confirmation that I have forwarded to customer support AND I can clearly see the order under cancelled orders.
Not interested in receiving orders maybe?

Very shady business practices. For some reason, when you make returns below a certain level, they don't refund you back the money but add it to your "account" with the store. However, once it's there, there is no easy and clear way to use that credit on future purchases so the store essentially just keeps the money unless customers jump through a lot of hoops to get it back.

Plus, they charged me a return fee for a return even though I returned the item because it was defective and had a hole in it. I'm done with this horrible website. Never again!!

The clothes are as described on website and good quality. Sizes as described, fittet perfect! Wery fast delivery. (3 days)
