After confiscating my 730.98€ legitimate balance under the fake excuse of a "bonus expiry," they even had the audacity to reply publicly admitting to their own fraud. They literally wrote that their system allowed me to play, wager, and build a high balance on July 17th, only to claim it "expired" while I was actively playing!
If a bonus had expired, a real, regulated casino system would block you from playing instantly. Instead, their system lets you play, and the moment you win and try to withdraw, they steal your money retroactively using "expiry" as a cheap trick.
Support is useless, they ignore emails, and their public excuses only prove they are thieves. Stay as far away as possible!

We do not agree with the characterization of this case as the confiscation of a legitimate cash balance. The account adjustment concerned a promotional bonus and the winnings associated with that bonus.
The promotion was credited on July 14 with a fixed expiry date of July 17. The qualifying deposit and gameplay took place on July 17, and approximately one hour after play began, the promotion reached its scheduled expiry. Continued access to games did not extend the validity period stated in the bonus conditions. The remaining bonus balance and related promotional winnings were therefore removed, and support informed you of the reason for the adjustment.

Bunch of scammers running this website with the clear goal to scam you out of your money. I've used regular sportsbooks my whole life (Bet365, Fanduel, Draftkings, Bet99 bookies, offshore ones) from Canada and have never had a bad experience like I have had with Boomerang.
I lost about 4000$ on the website in a span of 5 days (I know, I'm terrible, not their fault). I then deposited 875$ and made about 2 000$. The scammers wouldn't let me attempt a withdrawal. Their reasoning was I didn't meet their withdrawal criteria. Long story short I complained to their live chat customer service but they didn't know anything so I emailed them 3 days ago fully addressing my concern and they still haven't responded yet.
Finally I tried to withdraw and it didn't block me from doing it, so I withdrew 1 500$ (up from 750$ since I'm a VIP Level 3 because I lost enough money on their site) yesterday morning and it still says "processing". I am requesting a withdrawal by e-transfer, which arrives in my bank account within 24 hours with other sportsbooks. Of course, I am allowed to cancel my withdrawal and bet it all and lose it all!! THat's no problem to them whatsoever lmao.
Bunch of scammers trying to get you out of your money in non ethical ways. Don't trust all these obviously paid reviews you see online.

I requested the closure of my Boomerang…
I requested the closure of my Boomerang Bet account by email on September 14/15, clearly asking for a permanent block. The next day, I only received a reply asking me to explain why I wanted to close my account — but my account remained fully active.
Because Boomerang Bet failed to process my request, I was able to deposit €886 after my closure request and lost that amount. This would never have been possible if they had acted responsibly and complied with my request in time.
After several follow-up emails, my account was finally closed, but the company still refuses to refund the money that was lost because of their inaction.
This is a clear violation of responsible gambling principles and basic customer protection standards. I strongly advise anyone to be very careful when depositing money here.
If Boomerang Bet resolves this issue properly, I will update my review accordingly.
Update 10/22/2025:
After weeks of unanswered emails and no refund, I have now officially submitted a formal complaint to the Gaming Control Anjouan, which is the licensing authority responsible for Boomerang Bet (License No. ALSI-152406028-FI2).
I had requested my account to be permanently closed on September 14th, but Boomerang Bet failed to act on this request in time. As a result, my account remained open, and I was able to deposit and lose €886 even though the operator was already informed that I wanted my account closed.
Despite providing clear evidence, Boomerang Bet continues to deny responsibility and refuses to refund the amount. Their explanation – that my account wasn’t closed because I didn’t state a “reason” – is completely unacceptable and shows poor player protection practices.
I have now involved the licensing authority and will also continue to raise awareness about this case on Reddit and social media so that other players are aware of how such situations are handled.
I am still open to a fair resolution and will update this review accordingly if Boomerang Bet decides to do the right thing and issue the refund.
