False advertising of sale prices on…

False advertising of sale prices on today’s sales 6/27/26. Wasted a lot of time shopping only to find that prices were not as advertised. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this otherwise well stocked store where sale prices are not competitive with other retailers.

I just don't recommend shopping online on their site

Shopping in store is fine but Shopping on their online store sucks for a example I ordered something off them online to get shipped to me I haven't received it I pay $132 for it instead of helping me to get this resolved the customer service agent name Kayla extreme unprofessional calling me a dirty bag jew and i should go kill myself even though I'm not Jewish makes no senses and not even suicidal, So be careful shopping online on there site you get rude customers agents like her on there not all of them but those ones pretty common

They Sold us A lemon been fighting with them for months

We were Sold a lemon

The couch we bought just back in November 2025. Started frying after a couple weeks of having it . After fighting customer service they sent us covers in the mail to put on ourselves. I complained then they sent someone out to put the covers on and they only sent the three bottom cover cushions. The tech put them on top of the old ones, but the whole couch was still fraying not just the cushions then they said that it was against our warranty. I said we bought an extended pet warranty as well. They will not fix it then it started to rip at the seams and every time someone sat on the couch the rip at the seams opened up more. They will not fix it. They will not replace it. They won’t do anything so we’re stuck with A busted up couch that we paid $1300 for. I canceled my Boscov‘s credit card. I will never buy a single thing from them ever again. I would post pictures but it won’t let me

I purchased a Serta Cobalt firm…

I purchased a Serta Cobalt firm mattress on 3/15/26 from the Rochester, NY store. The department manager's name was Gabe. Gabe was terrific. He showed us numerous mattresses and I purchased the mattress. Gabe never explained any stipulations or trial period. He only said that if I hated the mattress, to call him personally and he would have it returned and waive any fees for the return. He gave us 20% off the mattress from the sale that was going on and an additional Veteran's discount of 10%.

The mattress was too firm for me and was causing me to experience back pain. After about 30 days, I went to the store on a Sunday to have it returned. There were two women in the front of the store that said that Gabe had quit and that there was no store manager to talk to. They said that I would have to contact customer service. Spent hours trying to resolve this issue with customer service and finally the store manager who's name is Catherine. Catherine is terrible, she doesn't return calls and is basically unavailable. Someone lied when the two women told me that the Store Manager was not in the store on the Sunday that we stopped in and Catherine said that she was there all day.

Went back to the store last week and dealt with the new department manager who's name is Mark. After picking out a new mattress, I went to pay the difference and I was told that I could not use the 20% discount or the 10% Veteran discount and in addition I would have to pay a $207 return fee and a $99 delivery fee. I explained to him that Gabe (a representative of your organization) had told me that "if I hated the mattress, I could return it with the fees waived." He said that Gabe is not here anymore. I explained to him that we had a verbal agreement and because he quit does not void the agreement. I showed Mark the receipt and where the discounts were applied and he said that there was nothing that he could do. Spent 2 hours in the store (on Mother's Day) and at one point, I said that enough is enough and we were going to leave. On my way out of the store, Mark texted me and said "I will work on it tomorrow and call you in the afternoon, Please try to have a good Mother's Day". It is now 2 weeks later and I have not heard back from him.

I gave the mattress to my father and bought another mattress from a reputable company. That will be the last time I go into Boscovs.

Salisbury store

Salisbury, MD store. I had gotten assistance from Terri in the women's intimates dept yesterday. She was kind, efficient and went above and beyond. I left as an extremely satisfied customer. All salespeople should be as conscientious as Terri!!!!

Expensive shipping fees!

I received the product I ordered, it did not fit. When I returned the item paid $17 in return shipping costs and I was not refunded the original shipping price of $9. So I paid $26 to basically buy and return an item that didn’t fit. Never again, thanks!

I was looking for stain remover and I…

I was looking for stain remover and I was not sure where to look. I checked several aisles and I could not find it. I saw a woman that worked there upstairs her name was Jean. She had a cart full of merchandise that she was working on
and I asked her where I could find it. She took me directly to the exact shelf, I was so HAPPY that she showed me exactly where it was and she explained to me the different cans and uses. I TRULY APPRECIATE HER HELP ! She is a Really Helpful Retail Person ! Thank Her for Me Please ! Thank you in Advance Sarah Carkhuff

I ordered thermal jeans for my husband…

I ordered thermal jeans for my husband in Dec. he wore them 1 day and the seam ripped open. I have contacted them approximately 6 times and still not get any help. This is months and they don’t want to bother with customers that received a much less than quality item. I will not order from them ever again. What a shame no one cares anymore!

I bought a ring at Boscov‘s in…


I bought my wife a ring at Boscov‘s in Northern Wilmington Delaware. I paid $250 for the insurance policy and still have the policy and receipts. The ring broke in a weak spot. I took the ring back to get it fixed. They said they didn’t have any repair bags used for shipment to their repair shop. I’ve been waiting almost a month for them to get repair bags. I’ve been back to the store twice and they still don’t have the bags because they have no time to call and order more.

Thrilled with my experience

I purchased a pair of Baretraps sandals at less than half the price I almost paid in a local shoe store. They were shipped (free) and received in perfect condition. Awesome!

I drove an hour and a half to your…

I drove an hour and a half to your store in Altoona, PA for Vionic shoes. What shock when I got to the shoe department!!! It looked like wal-mart or the shoe store! Lines & line of shoes that you had to search through _ and there mostly sketchers, which do not have the support Vionic has.!! When I could not find Vionic I asked a sales clerk. She told me snippily, "We only have a few. Here & way over there." Needless to say I walked out. I only had 3 styles to choose from& they were all black, plus none in my size. What has happened to your store??? I seriously debate about going back there or to the Selinsgrove store, another hour & a haf away.

0 stars is too high

I would give 0 stars but that is not an option. Boscov's offered 50% off of an item online. I bought the product and they charged me a higher price. I contacted them and have continued to contact them for the last 4 - 5 months. They either respond (occasionally) and give lip service with no actual resolve or they just do not respond. Customer service is terrible.

Don't goto Boscov's if you're looking…

Don't goto Boscov's if you're looking for good customer service when buying furniture. I waited and waited to purchase a bedroom suite. All I wanted is someone to take my money so I could take it with me asap. NOPE they told me I couldn't buy it until I spoke with the 1 salesman they had in the store. I waited another 15 minutes and took off. Ridiculous.

Today was my first day ever at Boscov’s…

Today was my first day ever at Boscov’s and I must say it wasn’t the best experience. I wanted to start with curtains so I met Paula in this department. She was very friendly n tried to be helpful . When it came to check out that’s when it went south! My credit cards wouldn’t work n she had to order one panel which threw everything off! Took forever. I was patient until I couldn’t be anymore. I had planned on look at the clothes, however I was done at that point. Afraid to go back !

On December 6th i bought an item at Boscos I tried to use my military discount the girl took my paper an said I could not use it I needed Id asked what she wanted she said he would have to come in that would be a little hard he is deceased she said that is all the more reason I can not use it my daughter was with me an she called for the manager the manager said the same thing the clerk tore up my discount paper I felt like a criminal I just wanted to go my daughter pushed the issue when I got home I called customer service they advertise vets an family the girl told me I was able to use it I did put in a review in dec but it is not here I still feel bad every time I think of boscovs I want to cry veterans beware

So If you don’t like rude people, don’t go to Boscov’s at Park city mall

So, for the first time in two years, I decided to go shopping to park city mall in Lancaster and go to Boscov’s people on the floor. I’m assuming the sales people were so rude. They didn’t smile. One lady looked at me when I asked you a question like are you that stupid lady then I went to pay for my purchases, and the young girl at the cash register not even look at me, didn’t even smile at me, rang up my order, packed my stuff, and never even said thank you if this is how you wanna be treated when you go to a department store then go to Boscov’s. I think I’ll continue shopping with Amazon. You don’t get that response from them.

Garbage cans needed in Parking garage at movie theater

I have called public safety a few times now. Not helpful and almost annoyed I am asking them a question.Sean said not his problem. I asked if he could direct me to someone who could help and said he doesn't know who would help. There is so much garbage in the Art Haus Garage. No garbage cans anywhere. I called the parking and they said the mall is in charge of picking it up. I pick up the garbage daily and put it in my work can. I will stop now. I have piled it up by the 1st floor elevator door in the garage. Please get cans so people have somewhere to put garbage and at least be kind when people are just trying to help Thank you
