Excellent experience from start to finish
We recently purchased a Citroën ë-C3 from Vertu Motors Citroën Derby and were really impressed with the whole experience.
Jess Gaine was our Sales Advisor and Pete Hurst, the Business Manager, helped finalise the deal. Both were friendly, courteous and straightforward to deal with. Most importantly, we genuinely felt that they wanted to provide a hassle-free service and actually valued and appreciated our business.
We were able to have a sensible and open negotiation, eventually reaching a deal that we were both very happy with. This included not only the price of the new car, but also a fair deal on the part exchange of our old car. At no point did we feel pressured and there were none of the hard-sell tactics that can sometimes make buying a car an unpleasant experience.
The whole process felt relaxed, professional and refreshingly straightforward. It was a far better experience than we have had with some other dealerships, particularly AvailableCar at Castle Donington, where our recent experience was unfortunately the polar opposite.
A big thank you to Jess and Pete for making the purchase so easy. We’re really pleased with the ë-C3 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vertu Motors Citroën Derby based on our experience.

I've just bought a car through vertu citroen derby. They made the whole process very easy and took the stress out. I part exchanged at the same time. All the staff we met were very friendly.
