Panels are good value, but avoid the LED lights

I ordered some panels along with the LED lights designed to fit into them. The panels themselves are okay — they’re a little flimsy, but considering the price, I’d say they’re good value for money if you’re working to a budget.

Unfortunately, the LED lights have been a completely different experience. The controller will not connect to the lights, leaving me stuck with 3 blue lights and 1 orange light.

I’ve emailed customer service 8 times. I received a couple of replies initially, but I’ve now had no response and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

The lack of customer service has been extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t expect much, but after contacting a company 8 times, I would at least expect someone to actually help resolve the problem.

I would recommend the panels if you’re on a budget, but based on my experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying the LED lights.

Hopefully the company improves its customer service because the panels themselves are actually decent for the price.
