Many support teams would have just said to wait until the release, but he provided a creative solution that works now. Brizy Cloud is an exceptional product backed up by a talented and friendly support team. I recommend the company very highly.

Brizy has a lot of the ingredients they need to succeed but the mixture isn't working well, at least as of Spring 2026.

We signed up in January and immediately encountered a couple of bugs that prevented us from converting a simple, single template from our previous content management system. It took them nearly three weeks to acknowledge the bug and respond to our requests, but after that, they were quite responsive.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to provide an ETA on a fix and there is no public issue tracker so you can see if other customers have found workarounds. It eventually got fixed after about two months, during which time we had evaluated a competitor and found it a better fit; but we went back to Brizy and gave it a try since we'd already invested a lot of time, only to find that their video-based support replies, while a cool idea on paper, were awkward -- a question on how to add one element to a site got a six minute video with no narration and it was difficult for our engineers to follow, much less our less technical customers.

We asked for a refund and Brizy declined on the basis that it was past 30 days from our signup. We pointed out that it had taken them more than two months to fix a blocking bug (and we spent most of that first 30 days just waiting for a response from their team).

Basharat's support was excellent. Timely and clear, with videos demonstrating what to do.

The loss of one star is simply because I think some of this shouldn't need support in the first place. Otherwise Brizy is a great tool for relative newcomers to the wordpress dev space.

Brizy is the best and easiest tool with the best and fastest customer support.

Brizy is one of the greatest page builders .I switched from Duda to Brizy and it was my greatest decision i ever made.

I finally found an alternative — more expensive, yes — but one where I’m not censored or forced to delete my work.
With Brizy Sites, I was told that my landing pages violated policies, even when they were completely neutral pages that didn’t mention any Nutra products at all. They only used common terms in the affiliate market, like “hacks” or “rituals,” without specifying anything, and yet I was forced to remove around 200 landing pages.

And as if that wasn’t enough, I also had to delete all the pages promoting trading products from ClickBank and even others from completely different niches, such as betting — for example, the ZCODE SYSTEM page, which is totally legitimate and has never caused issues on any other platform.

In other words: Nutra, trading, betting, curiosity-based content… everything was flagged as a violation, even when the landing pages were nothing more than an image with a generic text encouraging users to click the button to learn more. Nothing explicit, nothing prohibited — and still, I had to remove everything.

Even though I liked the platform, I was left completely stranded. I lost weeks of work, I lost money, and to this day I still haven’t been able to recover all the landing pages that were deleted.

So honestly, I cannot consider Brizy Sites a reliable service, nor can I recommend it to colleagues or promote it. I chose to pay more for another service, but at least I know I won’t face the same problems and losses I experienced with Brizy Cloud.

Auto renewal of an unneeded and unused product.
They refuse to refund as its a renewal that they setup in the paypal purchase.
MAKE SURE IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU.
KILL the renew or better still use something else.

I m in love with Brizy and Brizy I’ve been using Brizy for quite some time now, and honestly, it’s one of the easiest website builders I’ve worked with. The drag-and-drop editor feels smooth, clean, and very beginner-friendly — you don’t have to fight with complicated settings to get your design right.

What I really like is how everything updates in real time. You can see exactly what your site will look like as you build it. The responsive editing is also great — switching between desktop, tablet, and mobile is effortless.

Brizy Cloud makes hosting and publishing super simple, and if you prefer WordPress, the Brizy plugin works perfectly there too. For teams and freelancers, features like white labeling and client management come in handy.

Performance-wise, sites built with Brizy load fast, and the SEO setup is straightforward. Their support team is responsive and helpful, and the community around Brizy is active and friendly.

Overall, Brizy feels modern, fast, and reliable — it gives you creative freedom without overcomplicating things. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to build a beautiful website without having to dive into code.

I first bought Brizy Wordpress Lifetime Plan 5 years ago. Last month, I bought the Brizy Cloud and Shop plans. In the end, I cancelled the Shop solution which is a whitelabelled solution from Ecwid as it didn't suit my needs.

Nonetheless I do not hesitate to recommend Brizy as a top website builder and more.

1. Stellar support
If you reach out to Brizy (via Ask a question on Brizy Support) their customer service rep KC George replies promptly with the answer 90% of the time. When he can't answer, he's quick to refer back to back office and get back to you with an update. This is very unlike my experience with other website builders which don't reply or give unhelpful replies.

2. Intuitive easy-to -use interface
I think it is the easiest to use builder software and creates the most beautiful website.

3. Great return policy
Brizy refunded the USD 600 subscription fees -- no questions asked as I cancelled within the 30-day period.

4 out of 5 stars because their Shop plan isn't perfect yet

I think Brizy is a great website builder, it does everything that it needs to do in terms of its functionality for developing great looking webpages. However, it's like an automobile manufacturer building a car and delivering the car to a customer without any wheels on it. It's not much use to the customer. As of August 2025, Brizy Cloud does not support multi-layered URLs—such as domain.com / parent /page or domain. com/ project /item-name. All content lives at the top level of the URL hierarchy.

If SEO is important to your project—you might consider using a different service, which does support nested pages and URL structures. If you can't rank your site, the software doesn't mean anything.

I give Brizy the worst possible review that anyone can give them. Not to mention, their customer support is nonexistent and the few interactions I saw with the developers, they don't care and they think that everything in their system is the best. I'm sorry, but if you can't rank using SEO, it's like driving a car with no wheels.

The big scam of the net, only errors and mistakes, and complaints.
And if you don't like what they say, the answer is "Post is pending approval." Congratulations, a Romanian scam company is stealing people's money again.
