Regarding the deposited amount, refunds are available, and the funds will be returned to the original bank card used for the payment. This is also clearly stated in our FAQ. We recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible, and they will assist you with the refund process.
As for why the deposited amount cannot be withdrawn directly, this is due to anti-money laundering regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
