Very happy with the products it’s self but just really disappointed that my past 2 orders have been incorrect and no explanation how to send it back for it to be changed 1st time though was one off and they kindly sent out the correct order 2nd time I was very confused as I new was my order cause of the machine I ordered but again totally wrong tabaco filling tubes

Missing a pack tobacco wraps and a small rolling set from my order, they've basically scammed me out of £10.
I just don't understand how you can mess up an order that badly, it clearly says 2x 5 tobacco wraps pack
And 1x small rolling set. Its so simple how can you be so mental challenged to mess that shit up and then to top shit off as if t wasn't bad enough just completely air off my emails about the issue as if I'm not worth their time, I get more and more angry the more I think about it and would really appreciate a reply from their
