Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Terrible customer service. They don’t respond for weeks. They gave me a fake returns address which cost me £20 in shipping, they never accepted my return so I am £160 out of pocket as returned order is ‘lost’. Items very poor quality and nothing like described or pictured!

They sent the wrong size, paid for shipping to China to return them and they didn't collect it so it got sent back 7 months later. DO NOT BUY OFF THEM. 100% SCAMMERS!!

Very bad shoe and not genuine and law quality terrible material not worth it 5$. In pictures look nice but in reality is the worse shoe I never had buy it so far.

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this abhorrent company? The items I ordered were of shockingly poor quality and the sizing was way off???
As for attempting the returns after following their procedure to the letter? After arguing with them, I posted off the crap items to the alleged address given, at a huge expense, and after several months, I have the shirts returned. They are the worst company with shocking customer service. They should be closed down.💩💩💩

this company is a complete shower of shit no better than crooks any time i can slate them i will please anybody dont buy a thing of them you will never get your money back for the crap they sell been waiting a year in march and still no refund paid £28.00 to return items which arrived back on my doorstep in feb 2026 AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST ........................CROOKS

I have given it a 1 star as there is no option to give zero stars. Shocking company based in China NOT Netherlands as stated on their website. Cloths arrived which were of very poor quality and yellow defect colouring and wrong size. They were offering 10% store credit or we had to pay for returns to China. Decided to return even though they cost almost half the price of what we paid which took like 5 months and these were refused by them on delivery and returned to us. Now they saying we didn’t refuse delivery even though I have proof from tracking they did and refusing to refund me. AVOID this company at all costs.

Waited for 2 months for my order and still not arrived. Their customer service dept responds but empty promises. Do not buy from them, I wonder if they actually sent the goods.

Won't bother going into to much detail as everyone else looks to have done a great job! Everything's shocking, quality, delivery lead time just everything. Company is a scam; shame I didn't read the reviews first but lucky it was only a pair of shoes for me.

Shocking company. Do not use. Clothes were not as described cheap and looked awful. Returned to China at own expense with a promise of a full refund. Item stuck at customs for 3 months and now unable to be sent on due to incorrect address. Company refused to provide a refund until received but the address isn’t correct so would never be received. Avoid at all costs.

Update on my review , it’s been 6 months since I returned an item which was nothing like the picture , ridiculous quality, ridiculous customer service and the item has been rejected by the China customs , obviously a trick of the country trade ,return all returns then they keep 100% of our money , I will never buy anything online from China again , do your research before buying anything, lesson learned , disgusting country to deal with online

Do not buy from this company. Purchased a jumper and received a t-shirt that was terrible quality. So thin you could see through it. I was offered 10% off or return the item at my own expense to China. This was not an option as too costly.
FAKE COMPANY do not purchase from them.
Disgusting how they’re allowed to trade and haven’t been shut down.

Bought clothes, when they arrived a month later they were all small, like more than 4 sizes smaller. Had to return to China at my own expense using an address ByCostello provided, which I double checked.
6 months later, the item was returned to me, costing me the same amount as sending. Then told it’s too late for a refund. £180 out of pocket. No admission of responsibility for non-delivery of items in China. ByCostello suggested I should send to China again if I want a refund 😂 … at my own cost of course.

Ordered some smart dress clothing, shirts and trousers looking really smart in the advertisement. Took over 8 weeks to be delivered and when I received them the clothing was of poor quality. Material felt cheap and inferer, sizings were way off and all the clothes looked as if they were seconds.
Contacted them about this and agreed to send them back. Still waiting for refund 2 months on with them saying that the clothing is still going through customs. Tracking shows that they have been delivered and due to length of time insurance does not cover anymore.
This company in my experience is a scam and made me think twice before using companies on line like them.
Definitely a company to give a miss.

Do not buy anything from this company take your money but do not send goods they are rip off merchants

Wrong item, mis-sold, wrong images on website and a returns policy they do not adhere to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE. You will be throwing your money away.

This company is extremely misleading. I bought a sweater believing it was from a serious brand, but what I received was garbage. The color was wrong, the logo was ugly neon, and the sizing was completely off. It looked nothing like what was advertised.

Customer service did respond – but their “solution” is unacceptable. They offered me 10% back or told me to pay for the return myself, which would cost even more. And even then, there is no guarantee I would get a refund.

So no matter what, the customer loses money. That is not customer service – it’s a setup.

I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. Avoid this company at all

The clothes I ordered were the wrong size. I returned them to China at my own expense. Chinese customs declined the goods. I am now considerably out of pocket. I would never recommend buying from BYCASTELLO

I returned the coat I purchased as it was too small to the Chinese address on their website which I was told to send it to. I have been emailing them several times about my refund and they keep telling me it hasn't arrived which I can see from the tracking. The tracking kept telling me it was in customs in China. The coat cost £80 and then I had to pay £35 postage to return the coat. The coat was returned to my home address 7 months later and ByCastello are refusing to refund me so I have lost the price of the coat plus the postage. Do not use this company as they are terrible and there clothing is terrible.

If it was a chance to give -5 stars I would. In June 2025 I bought a military style jacket. It was poorly made, wrong size. After I contacted company I sent it back in the beginning of July. Until today (13.12.2025) I didn’t get any refund despite regularly received e-mails that it is in process. Scammers. It should be prosecuted as theft.

Absolutely awful. Do not buy from here. I have tried to return my item, paid the postage for the return and they have refused a refund for over 2 months. The argument is now with the bank. Do not buy from them. You will not be pleased with the product and you will not get your money back.
