The products I ordered have a very high quality, that are on the other hand not overprized.
The app for remote controlling the light very functional and good too handle.

Since a few weeks ads appear in the app. This was never a thing. I already paid for the product, i do NOT want to be subjected to ads. If Calex does not stop putting ads in the app i will switch to another brand.

I’ve been using Calex bulbs and light bars for a while now and they work great. The quality is very good, the lighting looks amazing, and the app integration is simple and reliable. My only disappointment is that they unfortunately don’t seem to have warehouses in the UK, so orders have to be shipped from the Netherlands, which means waiting a few extra days for delivery. Other than that, a very good brand overall.

Product arrived on time. These are an updated model and installed quicker than previously model. New features are very useful and intuitive to use.

Their multi socket plugs work well and I've had them for 3 years.

Their single socket plugs and LED smart lights all pack up just after 12 months. I'll be moving to a different brand as I just can't cover the cost of replacing them so often.

I would like to share my very positive experience with the Calex support team.

The store where I originally purchased the light bulbs unfortunately went bankrupt, which meant that all warranties were no longer valid. However, Calex support stepped in and provided outstanding assistance! They handled my case quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. Within a very short time, they arranged and delivered a replacement for me. I truly appreciate their customer-oriented approach and willingness to help, even in a complicated situation. Excellent service!

Easy to navigate around the website and online store, accompanied by clear dimensional drawings. Followed up by reasonably quick delivery to my home address. Happy to use again hopefully once I've had this fitted.

Having ordered a number of calex. eu smart, home devices, the products I received from them have generally been nice: The LED lights and smart plugs have a good design aesthetically, are very simple to set up, and are totally compatible with both Alexa and the Calex Smart app.

The delivery was quick and the packaging was very sturdy. Also, the navigation of the website was so easy and very clear that the whole process from browsing to getting the product was very straightforward.

However, the app is somewhat slow and not very intuitive, and there were hardly any instructions included with some items, so initially, the setup was quite confusing. The customer service team did respond after we had to wait a few days, but the reply itself was very generic.

Besides that, after a short duration, one of the devices gave up, and the warranty procedure seemed a bit lengthy to me. All in all, the quality of the product is okay, but I am more disappointed with the software and the service, so my rating is only three stars.

I bought two 5M Led Smart light strips and installed them following all guidelines and installation videos. The lights lasted under an hour until we started getting complications such as random turning off/on, flickering, lightly blinking of lights or not turning on at all in some instances. An electrician was called and we thought it may be an error with the infrared box due to its behaviour. I ordered a further LED light strip to test this theory and the lights worked instantly. Upon installing the lights completely the internal circuit foil then ripped on both lights causing them to not work at all now. I have emailed all my concerns and my upset with the product quality and Calex have refused to do anything about it despite being under warranty and even within the 30 day money back guarantee.
These products are expensive and you get cheap poor quality products. Very disappointed with Calex and won’t be using them again.

Great service arrived very quickly however can't fit them as the track hasn't turned up im sure they'll be as expected thank you 😊

Had a problem with an 18 month old plug from Calex. Admittedly out of warranty from the retailer. But the plug was hardly used. I contacted their customer service and after sending the video they requested, as soon as they were aware that it was 18 months old their support stopped. Not interested. Wouldn’t recommend, go for a manufacturer who actually has faith in their products and provides true support.

Ive used a few calex lamps over the years. We've just purchased 2 expensive lamps at £56. One lasted a couple of hours before flickering and packing up.
Contacted Calex customer services who are embarrassing slow. Its taken a week to get 3 messages back, we are currently at the stage of what is your lamp switched by? It takes days to get a response. Im an Electrician by trade, my email gives this away. I know what im talking about.
Slow shoddy service, do yourself a favour and buy from Amazon so you can return the lamp without all this poor service from Calex

Highly efficient in the processing of the order with great communication.

LED strip lights come with an adhesive backing. The adhesive packing is useless. I don’t know whether mine was old stock and had dried out but whatever I do it keeps falling off the wall. I need to return it. Don’t buy this product.

Absolute rubbish I bought an extension lead and it has completely fried my laptop and my iPad they are both completely broken the charge port and connection is messed up and I won’t get any refund or compensation on any devices DO NOT BUY
