Nothing but a scam!! Don't play on their site!! Played $150 on their site got up to $500 and when I tried to withdraw everything denied!! Check is an option don't do checks wire option denied even though I went straight to the bank for wire info... they need all kinds of documentation drivers license ok debit card ok full bank statement why too much info selfie sent 2X and utility statement which they claim they never got... BULLSHIT!! You have no problems taking my $$ and sending promos and then asking for reference codes U never send...the agents are polite and clueless or just plain robbers.. dont make me mention names I dont think they real anyway close my account how about that??

I verified my Identity and all information needed prior to winning $15,500 and went to withdraw my funds using BTC, and I was told that I needed to do a wire transfer. Okay, so come to find out, since its an international wire, my credit union doesn't support those...so I opened a whole new bank account for this, reconfirmed my address, and bank account, now they want statements after I've had the account for 30 days!! I'm so frustrated, I've never had so many troubles withdrawing from a casino before. For me this is life changing money...I'd be able to pay off all of my credit cards and move on with my life.

Most of the negative reviews I've read were clearly from players that didnt bother to read the terms and conditions regarding no-deposit bonuses. Captain Jack, like every other RTG platform, does not allow a redemption if more than one no-deposit bonus is used without a deposit made in between.

I used a "300% No Rules" (1x playthrough, No Max cashout) bonus code with a litecoin deposit and managed to win a little over $850. Knowing most every casino will deduct the amount given with the bonus, in my case it was something like $215, I submitted a withdrawal request in the amount of $630 on 5/5/26. I immediately received and email confirmation that my request was received and would be processed shortly. After 2 days with no update, I signed back in and saw that the bonus money that id intentionally ommitted from my withdrawal request had been removed by a manager, as expected. I contacted support who informed me that they wouldnt process a crypto transfer because id used my PayPal crypto exchange and id need to provide a new address for an approved wallet/exchange (at first I was annoyed but after reading through PayPals terms, this was with good reason as paypal has restrictions for overseas transactions for gambling winnings and wouldve risked the transfer being rejected). Anyways, after providing a new crypto address and confirming with support that it was in fact received, I thought it'd be processed shortly after as the support agent stated that they would review in in 12-24hrs. Over a period of 2 or 3 weeks, I had been assured my request was being escalated 3 or 4 times with each time stating id hear back within 24hrs, at this point id read all the reviews and was certain id never see that money. Well after a lot of persistence and roughly 4 weeks from my initial request, to my disbelief, I got notification that I had a pending transfer to my crypto wallet in the amount of $580, which I'm not sure if the difference was from some sort of processing fee, but honestly was not going to fight it any further and was just happy that they did in fact pay me, albeit it took just under 5 weeks or so. So moral of fhe story is that they do in fact pay, it just takes way more involvement and persistence than ive ever experienced at any other online casino. I haven't deposited any money since, but knowing the process now I would hope that if I did decide to play here again that perhaps the second go wouldn't take quite nearly as long, but who knows. 3 stars since I did receive my winnings eventually, 2 stars deducted because the only reason for extensive delays was from just poor communication between the various departments to process the request that caused delay after delay unnecessarily.

So I won 100.23 when I tried to cash out they wanted me to deposit the amount I want to withdraw . Scammer game if your wanting to cash out.

Signed up with them completed my playthru had just over $200 I could withdraw did the verification they said the amount I won was approved it would be in my account in 7-10 business days, it’s been over 10 days I contacted customer support no response. This site is a scam they don’t want to pay you what you won, I guess they can’t give what they don’t got🤷🏻‍♂️

I won $500 and was told I had to make a deposit to withdraw. I did this, and then they denied my withdrawal for "mixing funds"
So in this case they can literally deny EVERY withdrawal.

I did eventually get paid but I had to jump a lot of hoops and wait time was long - slots of Vegas was slightly quicker but still too long and to much verification needed. Better gaming sites pay out weekly- you will get paid but you will be frustrated waiting

Well, here we go again. I’m disgusted NO help from them. Back and forth, back and forth. You have to be a lawyer to read their terms. I wonder if they know or CARE how bad their reviews are? My hubby played a promo where he put 30$ in and he had to cycle through 2500$ worth of winnings before he cld even claim any money ( he didn’t know this or he wldnt of even have played) but despite that he still managed to win a total of approximately 4500$ which meant he cld withdraw approximately 2000$ …they first acted like they wld send a check … we went through the process and it took the funds out of our account so we thought it went through and we waited for a check. They said it wld take 8 days to process. After 3 weeks and still no check we went on and they said a check was no longer an option even though they did not once try to reach out and let us know this. Our account still showed the money taken out which they said was being “held” til we cld provide all the info they needed to do a wire transfer . But to do the wire transfer, they asked for bank routing and account number, address of bank ,the day the account was opened, the balance in your account, beneficiary’s name , some other wire transfer code, a ppl utility bill….everything but semen sample blood sample and first born! DO NOT PLAY anything from the PENNSYLVANIA CASINO APP (black and green app w a spade on it) it’s not from our country and it’s overseas. It has nothing to do w Pennsylvania. Even if we wld give all that info ( which they already have half of it bc it was required for the check) we still wldnt get our money based off every one else’s reviews. Please never play here. I made the mistake of winning $2000. I originated a withdrawal on March 10. Every time I speak to customer service, they say I need to provide an ID. I’ve provided it 3 times! They will never admit they have received anything from you so they can not process your withdrawal.

And, depending on who you talk to, sometimes they request a copy of your bank statements!! I’ve played online for 20 years and have never been treated so poorly. Told them to keep the money (hint, they were going to keep it anyway!

They don't pay out and they also take from what you have as far as I'm your account too okay as it suits them this is a scam! If they pay out I have yet to see. I deposited $85 into my account. And then I one quite a significant amount of money and I cashed out, and they said that I never did. And I complained, and they refunded my $85, but they said it'll take 7 to 50 business days. that is such a rip-off and a scam artist. Move, I can't go to them and tell them. Let me have 7 to 50 days and give me your money. And then I'll pay you back when I feel like it. If I was to do that, that is considered theft. Why is it okay for them to? I can’t believe I didn’t check these reviews before I became involved with them. You will NEVER…EVER…CASH OUT. It’s a great set-up. You trust them because the employees are so friendly; but when you try to cash out…FORGET IT. They tell you what your bank should be, what bank they will accept, the number of transactions your bank account should have, your balance…on & on. Stall tactics and the employees should be ashamed.
