Damaged items, poor customer service
One of the shirts arrived damaged. The merchant wanted 50% of the shirt price as surcharge to replace it with an undamaged one. Unfair - damaged items should be replaced at no surcharge to the client.

Grazie

Very professional. I receive the jacket in less than seven days. It was a good packet, and the size was perfect. I will shopping again.
