service was good and food was amazing

Well my husband and I came to the "F"Street location here in Bakersfield California & the lady at the counter who helped us was extremely professional & just wonderful! Her name is Angelica! I also want to thank the cook who prepared our food!!! Sorry didn't get her name but we were here on Oct 15th 2026 between 330-4 pm the Famous Star was so delicious!!!

Cashier was really nice and polite, food tasted really good! Can’t wait to come back!

Carls jr state st and stetson hemet ca. The new Angus burger. I tried the new Angus 1/3 pounder very disappointing. I thought it tasted not quite right so i took the top of the bun off and tasted the patty. The burger didn't taste like any kind of meat I've ever eaten and it was a strange shade of dark gray.
Save your money this burger is nasty

On December 1st 2025 Carl’s Jr was running a holiday sale on gift cards on their website, I purchased two. One for $25 and one for $50, for a total of $52.50. Neither gift card works, I have placed numerous calls to 800 #, since purchasing these cards and finally sent an email on August 17, 2026, I have received no reply to my email and keep getting the runaround from the 800# and the gift cards still don’t work. I even had the bar code scanned at a restaurant on August 10 2026 and it read Invalid Number, just like when I try to use it online. I wanted my money back and I have given them ample time to rectify this situation and they won’t. The gift cards don't work and Carl's Jr won't refund my money. It’s evident to me that Carl’s Jr is selling invalid gift cards online on their website, THIS IS FRAUD! I have filed a complaint with the BBB which Carl's Jr ignored, and just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. DON'T BUY CARL'S JR GIFT CARDS! I personally will never eat a Carl's Jr again, BK here I come.

First time having Carl's jr (Adelaide, south Australia). Not much to say about it unfortunately. I had the famous star with cheese large combo and I could not tell the difference from a hungry jacks whopper with cheese (except the Carl's burger had lettuce on the bottom not the top). Maybe if they served something unique like Dr pepper or something like that I don't see any reason to go to Carl's jr.

loved going in the past, went back here yesterday and the Big Carl still hits just as good, I highly recommend it.

The workers are amazing

After commenting to my Grandsonabout how great the prices are at the drive thur the great experience continued at the window at 102 S 1st St, Pueblo CO, when Tamara was real great about getting our order in a fast, friendly manner and when she saw my little dog 'Jose', she got him a pup cup,that cinched our wonderful experience. i was a big McDonals fan, but now i will think of Carl's Jr first when i get hungry, by the way Jose liked the pup cup, and a few bites from My Carl's Jr burger

On country club one-time after I got of school my food got stolen by a homeless guy while I was using the restroom that one Carls' Jr is a 4/5 but the one on hwy 111 in CA sucks they always screw up my orders with the AI PLEASE REMOVE THE AI

In app delivery purchases are not supported by the company. Each location is responsible for support, even through delivery. Problem is the location I called still had it hooked up to fax/modem.

My experience at Carl’s Jr. was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The customer service was terrible, and my burger was undercooked and missing several of the advertised ingredients. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they showed no interest in resolving the issue. I was simply told that the chef had finished, with no apology, replacement meal, or refund offered.

To make matters worse, I later emailed a formal complaint about my experience and never even received the courtesy of a response. It’s incredibly poor customer service to completely ignore a customer’s concerns.

This was my first visit to Carl’s Jr., and it will also be my last. I expected much better, especially when it comes to food safety and customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I usually stop by to get coffee and something to eat for breakfast. Today however my coffee was very bitter. Almost like it was sitting around for a few days. Hopefully this is a one time thing.

I go to the carls Jr located by Linda vista Moreno transit station. And recently they hired a really sexy Latino woman named Alma and she is the epitome of what great customer service skills are and I love the way she treats everyone with respect and I mean everyone. She should get a raise. Thank yoh again alma.

The food is delicious, but very agressive male customers every time I go in one. Some are loud, some are disruptive. I don't know, it just feels everyone's on edge whenever I go into one, regardless of the location. Frequently I see more and more homeless. One time a homeless guy was being loud and giving another polite diner a hard time when he returned to look for his keys at the table he was eating at. Also, I know the food is made to order, but the delay in workers getting the orders out for dine-in customers doesn't help either. Just sayin...
