Casainc has been great to work with. They have a wide variety of product and designs. They also have an excellent customer service that is always quick and efficient!

We purchased a shower system with a waterfall head and a handheld shower in 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed this product ever since! I really love how you can turn on both features at the same time, or can do one or the other. The waterfall head is really relaxing, but you also get the experience of a more traditional shower with the handheld. This is a great unit for anyone considering upgrading! I will also add, I recently contacted their customer service for assistance on a few things, and found them to be highly responsive, professional, and they went out of their way to ensure my needs were fully met. An all-around great experience!

Maggie from service support was extremely helpful to help me identify, track down and order a replacement part (diverter cartridge from a 3-4 year old model). She kept me up to date with detailed responses every step of the way - and I’m extremely grateful for that.

We had bought a faucet for our bathroom and when we installed it it was damaged. We contacted Casainc they were fantastic. They replaced it and sent a new one to replace it. And called multiple times to check to see if we got it.

Mona was the customer service representative that assisted me on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue I had with my umbrella. I receive the replacement canopy in a timely manner and my umbrella is back to looking like new. The price was very reasonable to replace the canopy as well.

I was trying to buy a bathtub for a client, and by the time I went to place the order, it was already sold out. That same week, I showed her other models available on the site and managed to switch to one she liked. I placed the order, paid, and everything was confirmed. Five days after the purchase, I received an email stating the bathtub was out of stock; I simply had to cancel the order myself, Casa Inc didn't even have the capability to cancel it and issue a refund to my account on their end. I am extremely disappointed and will never shop on this site again. You build up a client's expectations and spend the money, only for the company to simply say the product isn't available, after they had already confirmed the order. How do they keep items listed for sale on the site when they aren't in stock? Anyway, it’s disappointing!

I had a issue with my bathroom sink came in damaged Christine, took incharge and did an amazing job in sending in a new one and she stayed constant in touch ,would definitely recommend products from this company, excellent customer service

The customer support staff was very attentive to my questions, providing practical solutions to resolve the issue with my kitchen faucet. The interaction was professional, and they were very engaged with the problem. They even asked for videos to try to pinpoint the problem and help me resolve it. I am very happy with the products I have purchased from CasaInc, and now knowing the available support, I will continue to use their products.

Nice looking product, fairly easy installation, for a professional.
However, the shower faucet was leaking! Reached out to CasaInc., though it did take a few weeks, I got the replacement part, got it put in, the product works great now. manufacturing defects will occur, unfortunately, I was the recipient this time, but most important is the companies reaction and ability to correct the situation, which they did. Four stars because I did have to get a new part and wait for the part.

Whatever. I can't believe I made the perfect selection on the product we needed but had to get not only one but two phone calls asking if I was SURE
I was ordering the correct product which of course delayed our delivery by 5 or 6 days. Excruciating!! When I order a product and I see that the dimensions are clearly noted and I make the product selection and pay for it and they actually charge my credit card for it I don't want to get two to three phone calls asking me if I'm sure I ordered the correct product. That is bull! Will not order from this company ever again!

Awesome customer service! Although we bought the shower head and valves several years ago, we only installed it recently. One part was missing. This company went through great effort to get this part to us. It even got lost in shipping and another one was sent as soon as they realized it had gone off the rails. Christine called many times to check in with us. The part arrived in Ontario, Canada lake country from Texas. Your service was greatly appreciated. We love the product. We have 2 of these and recently bought a matching sink faucet. Thanks again, Herb

The product I ordered, a tub/shower faucet set, is beautiful and appears to be well made. When installed it however the mixing cartridge was malfunctioning. It would not let water pass through. That’s not an extremely uncommon occurrence with any brand. I contacted the customer service number on the box, was able to speak with a human immediately, and after supplying very minimal information a new one was shipped to me. It arrived within just a few days. Personal, efficient customer service seems to be a superpower now days but I received just that with my problem.

Loved most products they are well made at reasonable prices fast shipping and great customer service i have already recommend your company to serveral of my contractor friends keep up the good work!

We purchased the shower system in 2022. It was functioned as intended, and we have had no trouble out of it. It was easy to install and beautiful.
Recently our toddler broke the holder for the detachable shower head. I reached out to the customer service email and received a response with someone actively trying to find the part within 12 hours! No waiting 2-3 weeks which is amazing. 10/10 recommend.
