My daughter wanted a pantsuit for her prom, and liked the ones from Chicsew. We did the custom option, sent all the measurements. The customer service reps had follow up questions, asked for some pictures too to go with the measurements. All to make sure they got it right. They did not disappoint! The pantsuit fits perfectly, and looks lovely! I will absolutely be ordering again.

There was too much work for check out. It didn't recognize my address and then it forced me to use gpay which is fine but now my old address is on the package not the one I put in that I live at. I really need this dress to come to my house I have a wedding in a few weeks to attend and its annoying. I hope the email is sent will have it mailed ti my proper address

Recently, I purchased a Mother of the Bride Pantsuit/Dress from Chicsew. I have not seen this unique style of pantsuit on any other website, and I fell in love with it. Because it was a one-piece pant suit, I was happy I could have it specifically made to my measurements. Chicsew provided help in gathering my measurements. After I sent them in, the company reviewed my measurements and reached out to gain more information and offer additional help to me. It made such a difference! After I received my dress and tried it on, I still felt I needed to have one adjustment made. I took the dress to a professional seamstress and the company offered a reimbursement. Because this was my first dress that I ordered online and without trying it on, I had many questions that I messaged the company. They personally answered every question and offered tips along the way. I didn't feel like I was dealing with an online company, but someone in person who had knowledge to help me. I can't say enough about the quality of help I received. And also the compliments on my dress! If I ever need another formal dress, Chicsew is the first place I will look.

The selections were beautiful. The size chart made it easy to select my correct size. The shipping is a bit expensive. But the ordering process was very easy.

From the moment that I first place my order I continued to receive emails from the company associates verifying that I was getting the correct size for my dress. They made sure multiple times that I had the correct measurements, and since I am not a seamstress, this was VERY HELPFUL. The measurements did change as we went along to ensure that I received the correct custom size. When I received the dress I was THRILLED. Not only was it beautiful, but it fit perfectly. They are VERY INVESTED to make sure that you receive exactly what you need!

Dress came in and looked as described. Beautiful color and it fits well. Follow the instructions for your measurements. Good communication. Two weeks total for production and delivery. I would recommend.

I’m only giving 4 stars right now since I just made the order. The dress looks very pretty and exactly what I was looking for, so hopefully when it’s delivered it will be to my liking. I am a bit nervous now that I searched your company on the web and there were not good reviews and said your company is a scam. I really, really hope to prove them wrong. I hope the dress is of good quality since I most likely won’t be able to return.

I am so happy with this dress! Ordering was easy, and they reached out to confirm measurements. When it became clear that we needed some slight alterations, they made proper recommendations and gave a measuring chart for the additional measurements they would need.
