Mia Gaw is amazing! She makes every visit quick and easy. I recommend her to anybody looking for a PCP!
The medical professionals on this platform whom I’ve had the privilege of seeing have all been incredibly patient, caring, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and understanding my needs. They’ve all been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Circle Medical, for providing such exceptional care!
Paid cash out of pocket and was clear I had ADHD and that was exactly what the appointment was for in the first place - I meet all the qualifiers for it. I was paired with an NP who "wasn't comfortable treating me" and wanted me to "go see a psychiatrist instead". A complete and utter waste of $200 to put me with an NP who isn't appropriate for seeing ADHD patients when it is clear and known up front that is what the apt is for. DO NOT book with this company for services.
My provider(s) were great. The first one had to cancel when my healthcare provider changed some rules and suddenly the provider was no longer in network. Although not my fault, I had to wait to get another provider. Then, with my new provider, I missed a few appointments over a couple of YEARS. Twice was my fault, once was theirs, as I could not log in. I also had late appointments due to instability from their platform or dropped appointments, but was still charged each time, whether it was through my insurance or a $50 late fee. (I have to see someone monthly due to the medication I take). I give it 2 stars because my provider was wonderful. Sadly, I will miss her.
I am a patient of circle medical and when I initially scheduled my appointment, I accidentally chose a doctor, and had an appointment with her, who did not accept insurance. So I ended up paying 100% out of pocket. When I made my follow-up appointment, I scheduled the appointment with a doctor there who accepted my insurance. The appointment was canceled last minute and I was told that I must continue with the original doctor. There is not a number to call anyone, and I cannot respond to the message of the cancellation. So what do I do? I guess I'm unable to continue to be a patient of theirs. That's a really unprofessional way to run a medical business with patients who rely on you. There's no phone number and there's no way to contact circle medical to use my earned and payed for medical insurance even though they claim to accept it. Extremely disappointed!!
This is an easy experience the first time, second time around completely messy. My father is disabled and I am caregiver we used doctor Charity Mugadza. She told my father to see a specialist after our 2nd visit and refused to treat him for a rash. On top of them missing our first appointment she hung up on my father acting like she couldn’t hear him. Do not use circle medical please.
I booked an appointment for a specific concern. The provider waisted the appointment addressing what they wanted to and cut me off when my 15 mins were up however my reason for the appointment was not addressed. She was not intrested in my imput about my own health. When I reached out to file a complaint. They said that no matter what I was going to get billed because whether my concern was addressed or not I talked to the medical provider. Don't waist your time, money and hope on Ixchel Alvarez. She was very very condescending and dismissive. Other providers on this app have been polite and helpful.
My MD/NP was so kind ,professional, caring I felt as though I was speaking with my own family . DR. Cheryl McGhie is a medical professional from inside out. Thank you Dr. Cheryl McGhie and Circle Medical.

I booked an appointment several days ago with a provider and waited in the appointment waiting room for around 45 min. The appointment auto-canceled, which was extremely frustrating. I tried contacting the chat support, but that was completely useless, as they did not get back to me until hours later. I called their line, where they confirmed I wouldn't be charged, but they couldn't explain the provider's absence.
I booked another appointment for days later (yesterday) with Dr Faraz. I waited 30 minutes, then he finally joined; however, he sat with the camera and mic off for several minutes, then left the Zoom meeting. I was left as the "host" somehow. I closed it and tried rejoining, but I was still left as the host. I waited to see if he would rejoin, but he did not.
Extremely unprofessional. I now have the website saying they are generating an invoice. Completely unacceptable, downright playing in patients' faces.
Cannot recommend this website at all.
Please save your money by staying away from this company. They overcharged and did not even use my insurance. When i inquired about it, no response. Its a "wellness" company, not an actual primary office setup. Beware!
I have used circle every month for over a year did to the authorization my medication needs. I have meet with multiple providers without issues. However, there has been 1 provider who has now twice interferred with my ability to obtain my medication on time. Bothh times the help options provided by circle also failed me. There is no number to call for help, the chat is just an AI Bot that regurgitates the FAQ. I have been waiting hours for a human to get back to me so I can schedule another appointment for today so I can get my perscription authorized before the pharmacy closes.
The provider I made the appointment with first wanted to change my dosage because he doesn't authorize my medication for 3 times a day because "no one needs that" and then even after I agreed to the change despite not wanting it he refused to fill my perscription for a reason no other provider has ever stated. I tomd him to cancel the appointment and not to make any changes. Upon trying to schedule with a different provider, the app blocked me from scheduling with a provider who can see me. I wasted my lunch break and lost out on my hourly pay waiting for someone to fix this. 3 hours later and there still has been no response from the help team nor has the provider canceled the appointment to allow me to meet with someone else. I am also going to have to pay for the 1st appointment where're the provider wasted my time attempted to change my dosage and refusing to fill the perscription in addition to the second appointment, whenever I am allowed to schedule that. Absolutely ridiculous way to manage medical needs and medications. If you have any other option, use that.
I came in for a routine follow up to continue a medication I take for a chronic condition. The provider would not continue my prescription unless I completed an annual wellness exam, even though I had recently had a full exam with another doctor. It then took repeated questions on my part before she would agree to perform that wellness exam during the same visit. That option was never offered to me. I had to push for it, and the whole interaction felt obstructive rather than like care. While she was finally completing the exam, the video call dropped due to a technical issue on their platform. No one reconnected, called back, or followed up. No prescription was sent, leaving me without my medication. I later found a note in my own chart claiming I had ended the call abruptly, which is not true, along with a statement that I was being discharged, which no one ever told me directly. I tried their chat for several days, sent a written message, and left a voicemail, and got only a generic acknowledgment with no real answer about my care or my prescription. I had to arrange and pay for care elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would be cautious relying on Circle Medical for ongoing or essential care.
I waited one month for my appointment, and it was cancelled 15 minutes before the scheduled start, without any explanation. The next available appointment is one month away. This experience was incredibly frustrating and discouraging. It made me feel like my time and commitment weren’t valued.
Circle medical it's horrible they charged me a fee that the insurance company said they would pay but circle charged the wrong insurance company!! THEY MUST BE MORONS BECAUSE THEY ALREADY CHARGED THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR TWO PRIOR VISITS!! BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD SAID THEY DIDN'T EVEN USE THE RIGHT CODES!!! You can't talk to anybody you keep getting a chatbot and then if you call the phone number they tell you to get on chat... now I can't even get into the app it's not working so I have to file a dispute with MasterCard and file a complaint with the BBB.... don't use circle!!!
If i could give them a 0 i would . tried to get at home sleep study and messed around iwth this for 2 months. signed all the docs twice, no device. I would not waste your time or money. Seems all they want to do is to set appointments and take your money. What a waste to time and money.
I have been with Dr. Gravenstein for probably almost 20 years. The past two years it has gone downhill can’t get appointments. You have to book them like two months in advance. They’re always cancelling appointments. Can’t even get my prescription refilled. If he’s gonna take another job, then he should’ve sold his practice because they don’t care that they really screwed this over for a lot of people time for a new doctor and an office that has more respect also maybe the reception also needs a training on how to speak to people.
Kirsten Patterson is amazing. She was very knowledgeable personable and explained everything to me clearly.
Circle Medical is the best online orr in person in my opinion. I’ve had Dr.Campbell for some time now and he’s awesome. Totally comfortable with him like he’s an old friend of many years. I can tell him anything. I’d highly recommend him if you’re trying which doctor to choose. All the doctors on here are great. Great man and Doctor.
Doctor missed their appointment and I was charged a no-show fee. No real people in their support chat. No one at the company cares. Feels like a scam, not worth the time or money or energy. Visit a real doctor in person. Better yet, visit a functional doctor near you that would actually care about your health
