Buyers beware!!!
I placed an order on tiles in City Tiles and Bathrooms, Limerick store, the were the end of a line, we were told they were in the warehouse in Cork that they would be in Limerick shortly and ready for us to collect.
I went in Monday to pay the balance on the tiles approx. €1000, and the assistant refused to take my cash, saying the guy who served us would contact us. I knew there was an issue, one they refused to tell me in the store. They later rang my husband to tell him they had in fact sold the tiles, yes they sold them.
I rang the owner John only to be asked was there any other colour tile that I liked….,,
My advice would be to avoid this store at all costs as they clearly do not care about their customers.
See reply from store; the tiles were “no longer available”, to be clear the tiles were actually SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER, let’s call a spade a spade.

Fantastic experience dealing with them. Very knowledgeable, especially for customers that have very little experience as to what is required. Big shout out to Matthew as he really help me and was helpful with questions and queries post sale.

Went to city tiles and bathroom and met there worker Eddie to get my whole bathroom renovated before Christmas they broke a tile in my bathroom and never finished the radiator covers and destroyed my bathroom door now Eddie seems to have moved abroad I am getting no where in getting my items fixed that I paid for and when i rang they said my name wasn’t on there system finding a lot of problems now since the bathroom was done

Having been unable to find a suitable matching floor tile in other tile shops I visited City Tiles in Ballymount and had no problem finding at least 2 options one of which I bought. Great selection of tiles on display much different than other tile shops. Also, received excellent customer support from Matthew as had to order extra tiles which was no problem. Good range and competitive prices.

We had a bit of an issue with our bathroom tiles when we ran short. Our original supplier couldn’t get us more tiles for 4-6 weeks however City Tiles and Bathrooms were able to get them sent to their Dublin showroom within 48 hours ready for my collection. Mathew and Lenny were professional and courteous throughout the process and went above and beyond by sending me photos of their tiles and explaining that batches would be different but allowing me to bring a tile along to compare. I would highly recommend - fantastic service. Thanks guys.

I called into City Tiles and Bathrooms on spec. We were refurbishing our bathrooms and needed help! Lenny was extremely helpful, talking through the different brands, their quality, what finishes and colours were available. He got samples for me to match up at home. Since my initial order I have placed two more orders with Lenny. The last order was very last minute and he kindly rushed the order through for me. I am delighted to recommend Lenny and City Tiles and Bathrooms.

I was looking for tiles and went into City Tiles and Bathrooms. Matthew met me at the door and was so friendly and welcoming. He showed me a number of tiles but we couldn't find anything suitable. Matthew said he would have another look and would send me details of anything he felt might work. I didn’t think much more about it, but true to his word Matthew sent four more options that met my requirements.

I had a really positive experience at City Tiles and Bathrooms.I found their products to be of really good quality and value for money.
What impressed me was the layout of the show room and the customer service in particular from Matthew. We visited the showroom on many occasions before we made our purchases and at each visit all the staff were really helpful.
Also the delivery service was excellent, arrived at scheduled time and it was a huge help getting all our bathware safely into our home by Johnny (the delivery driver).
I would definitely recommend City Tiles and Bathrooms-Dublin.

I've used City Tiles and Bathrooms (Dublin) a couple of times to source bathroom furniture and tiles. Always a pleasure to deal with; great range, staff are really helpful, prices are good. Most recently I was having trouble with a part in my concealed shower, which I'd bought back in 2018 from them. These parts are very specific to the individual shower (it was a flow cartridge) but they sourced a replacement part quickly. Matthew was really responsive to all of my contacts and I'm happy to say that the new part fixed the issue. Many thanks . 100% recommend

From the moment we walked in the door of City tiles and bathroom we were given a lot of help and guidance choosing the design of our bathroom. We were blown away with the final result. Our bathroom looks like something out of a hotel. Thanks guys!

City Tiles and Bathrooms in Northpoint Business Park were absolutely amazing in helping me to find the tiles I wanted at the price I needed. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m a first time buyer so the wide range of tiles was very daunting at first but Veronica went above and beyond, giving me her time, patience and advice to help me make my decision. I must’ve visited the store at least six times and every time I was greeted with the highest standard of customer service. It was so nice to be greeted with friendly faces, including Karen who stayed beyond her working hours to assist me. My over-all tile shopping experience was really made so much easier by all the staff at this store. Financially, they are so understanding and very capable of working with your budget too. You should definitely give them a visit!
