Overall the experience was good although sometimes trying to get hold of them was frustrating as the phone would always seemed to go to answerphone

We have been dealing with clearwater since 2019, first as renters, then as owners with clearwater as our managing/letting agents, then in selling our home.

Throughout this time clearwater have been effective in both their communication and action. they were fast at getting responses/resolving issues when we rented the flat. When we came to own the flat and lived abroad, they managed it seamlessly for us and we felt confident that it was in good hands.
When we came to sell the house we had a difficult time with both buyers and solicitors, throughout this time Clearwater were in our corner and actively helping us to push the process forward and get a sale which has finally come!

Clearwater have been in charge of both of my rental flats for many years. I have now taken over one of the flats and realise how much is involved! I can definitely recommend them as absolutely on the ball in everything. They know when electricity and gas inspections are due and make them happen. I don’t live in the UK, so it is great to have such a reliable company looking after my interests. They recently introduced a new tenant with no problems. Long may it continue!
