I want to share my experience with Cliproxy.
My payment/refund issue has already been resolved, and I have received the refund. So this is not about asking for more money or disputing the refund.
My complaint is about Cliproxy’s customer support behavior and complaint handling.
During the support process, Sofia transferred me to a so-called customer support manager named “火星”(qq：1458795521). That person insulted me in Chinese during the conversation, using phrases such as “你个傻逼” and “还想再骗你玩会”.
Before that, I had also contacted Cliproxy’s official support email, but I did not receive a response for 5 days.
My concern is that someone presented through Cliproxy’s official support channel as a support manager used abusive language toward a customer, and the official support email did not respond in a timely manner.
Again, the refund has already been completed. My complaint is about customer service management, abusive communication, and the lack of an effective complaint channel.
I am posting this so other users can be aware and keep records of their orders, payments, refunds, and support conversations when dealing with Cliproxy.
when you buy a proxy there proxies will go offline less then 1 hour, so stay away i dont recommend
The majority of IPs are rated poorly on the IP2PROXY statistics page. And I failed at work when using these IPs.
This proxy program is terrible. When you get a new proxy, it dies after only a few seconds. Once the proxy dies, it disappears from the control panel. It looks cheap, but you'll waste money and time because you can't use it. I've tried many proxies since I bought it, but they only work for a few seconds. Stay away from these scams!
