Product wise I love the stuff but having had a really bad experience with a lost order and no support I will not be purchasing on line again.
Messages ignored, no refund for the missing order forthcoming.
Evri confirmed the order was missing and confirmed to Coco & Eve but they are still not responding to any of my emails.
The products are not what they seem
The products are not what they seem. I received the exfoliating mitt and suntan lotion and decided to make a return so I wrote to them. This is the reply:
"Thanks for reaching out! We totally get wanting to keep your skincare stash just right. I'm escalating your request to the team who will provide you with the return instructions and make this process as smooth as a tropical breeze. They'll be in touch soon to help you out!

I do not understand why the matter required to be “escalated” when I was simply requesting a return address. After receiving no further response, I emailed again a few days later asking for the address, however my email was ignored.
Although the website appears to accept returns, customers are repeatedly referred to another department rather than being provided with straightforward return instructions. My concern is that the process is intentionally delayed until the 30-day return period expires.
Based on my experience, I would avoid purchasing from this website as the customer service has been extremely poor. There is no telephone number provided and no company registration details displayed, which raises concerns regarding the company’s transparency and location.

Absolutely awful experience with Coco & Eve.
My parcel was marked as delivered by Evri but never arrived. Customer service repeatedly told me in writing that my refund had been approved and “raised for processing”, only to suddenly change their story and refuse the refund.
I’ve spent days chasing updates, receiving conflicting information from different agents, and being passed around in circles. The so-called “proof of delivery” photo doesn’t even clearly prove the parcel was delivered to me, yet I’m now being made to fill out forms and provide signed statements just to continue the investigation.
For a company that’s happy to take your money quickly, the aftercare and customer support have been shocking. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

So shocked by the price of this shampoo vs the quality for my hair. The marketing is definitely really good as I fell for it. During using the shampoo, my hair falls A LOT, it's clearly damaging my hair more than nourishing it. I have naturally wavy hair, and after use it's just flat and looks a bit frizzy but not good at all. Very very disappointed for this extravagant price. DO NOT BUY.

Awful awful awful Customer Service. Will never order again. Ive been using Coco & Eve for some years now. They are fine until you have a problem with them then things become a nightmare…
I placed an order with them and there was a fault with one of the products. Not particularly cheap I hasten to add. When trying to contact them, they just kept saying they couldn’t locate me from the order number I had placed four days earlier. Nor could they track me from my email or address with postcode.
They then sent me a further form to fill out, but I can’t get past the first question as they don’t recognise my email so unable to continue further with my complaint.
I tried to send a video showing the issue with the product, but you can’t download that onto their website either!
Stay well clear of this Company as if you get a defective item, you can’t get anywhere.
Lost another customer
Very disappointed wish I could give them minus score. No customer service at al when I tried to return the frizz mist.
I use and really like the miracle elixir but won't be shopping from them anymore after this.

Like a Virgin Hair Masque is great
I tried their different shampoos and conditioners which I didn't really like and don't work for me, but their Like a Virgin Hair Masque is amazing, leaves my hair super soft and smells really good. I also like their Claryfying Detox Shampoo to use now and again - it makes my scalp feel refreshed but still gentle enough.
I also had an issue before with a missing order, and it did take a bit of time to solve with their support, but eventually I got the products I ordered delivered
Face tanning doesn’t work
Bought the face tanning mist. Used as directed and did not change colour at all. Tried a second time and applied twice as much as directed- still nothing. Same colour as when I started

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Coco & Eve. I was really excited to try the products, but unfortunately the entire situation has been frustrating from start to finish.
The tanning mousse itself was honestly awful—orange, patchy, and really uneven. It clung to certain areas while completely missing others, leaving a streaky, unnatural finish. And just to be clear, I’m not exactly a tanning newbie—I know how to prep my skin and apply tan properly, so this definitely wasn’t user error.
What’s made this even worse is the lack of communication. If there had been a delay or an issue, I would have appreciated honesty and transparency—but being ignored altogether is unacceptable for a brand of this size.
I even did a test run of the product on my legs before using it fully, which I’m now very grateful for. Had I used it all over my body ahead of my holiday, I would have been absolutely mortified and left with a huge mess to fix. That alone has really shaken my confidence in the products.
At this point, the longer my emails go unanswered, the more I feel compelled to share my experience publicly so others are aware of the level of customer service they might receive.
I really hope Coco & Eve address this, but based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Not great for me
I really wanted to like this product (shampoo/conditioner) but unfortunately it didn't agree with my sensitive scalp. I had a flair up of psoriasis and seemed to start losing more hair than usual. It also made my hair feel like straw and go extra frizzy
Tried the gradual tan
Tried the gradual tan. It is not supposed to transfer to clothes or bedding. I used it on just my arms and chest. It seemed dry but in the morning my sheets were covered. The company suggested I wait longer for it to dry. I have used many tanning products but none have been this difficult to use. Sad thing it feels nice on the skin.
Tanning foam no go
Been using the tanning foam for many years, last 2 bottles Iv had have been awful. The first one the liquid was pouring out all over the room as the pump was broken. Had to get in touch via instagram as couldn’t via there customer service portal on the website. Has explained it had ruined the new mitt it came with, had to send videos of it leaking all in the bin for them to provide a replacement bottle only ( no mitt) after many messages. New bottle came and has done the exact same thing. Won’t be buying from them again as unreliable, and when tanning it is usually late at night or first thing in the morning so if you need a reliable tan for a special occasion you just cannot trust there product will perform for you. I ended up using another big branded tan that id had stored in the same place and opened 8 months earlier and that worked completly fine. I asked the company if they had changed something in the bottle/ formula/ pump so that it didn’t foam and was just running out the bottle which they denied. Time to switch brands for me unfortunately.

Terrible customer service and I am beginning to believe all the reviews on their website are as fake as their tanning products!!!
I have used the fake tan for a while, which I have always got on with fine. However, after trying a number of other products and trying to leave negative feedback, this company will completey ghost you!!
I have tried to contact them via their web chat and after an hour of waiting , still no reply. I just gave up!
I have previously tried the SPF30 tanning oil and had the worst sunburn I've had since being a teenager and not applying any suncream!
I recently bought the bond hair mask which left my hair very dry, frizzy and does not wash out properly.
And the hair growth serum did nothing except make my scalp itch.
When trying to leave a review, the company respond with an offer to return the product at your own expense or you can have Bali points. However trying to get in contact with them to arrange either is nigh on impossible.
I do not have the confidence to return the product, as I will just be out of pocket.
After using their fake tan for quite some tume, I will no longer be ordering anything from Coco and eve. Their products are clearly cheap, their customer service is non existent and I question their integrity? #avoid
Best mask ever for my hair
Like a Virgin Hair Mask is the best mask ever for my hair. Makes my hair so soft and silky. Furthermore, it smells sooo nice. tried to change but nothing works the same.
If you value your hair avoid
Bought a few products from this company via a major online beauty platform as i was tempted by the reviews. 5 products bought and the two i ended up using turned out to be a major catastrophe. One left me with a burnt scalp; i had to rinse it soon after application. It left me with dry hair and ends that looked like they were incinerated with a blow torch; the irony it was supposed to be a hair mask. Felt like acid. Looking at the rating they have on this site i am not surprised. Avoid.

Absolutely shameful customer service, or rather, non-existent.
Received my order with one of the item leaking, contacted customer service and waited for over an hour with zero response only for them to close my query automatically.
NEVER will I be buying from them ever again.
Not honouring what they email
The products are lovely but customer service and communication very disappointing and was going back and forth from different people saying different things
All because I purchased antioxidant tanning micro mist and I got sunny honey bronzing face drops as a freebie

But then I get a email saying Coukd you post a review with my photos and we will send you a freebie of yr choice
So I posted and then tried numerous times to accept my freebie but to no success.
I then sent back and forth at least ) emails fir them to turn around and say sorry you have to purchase another product
My question is I never asked them for a freebie they offered it and they they are backtracking
Very disappointed because I was going to continue to purchase

So what they have done is send me a little fushia makeup bag to shut me up

BEWARE - their website claims that your order will be fulfilled within 2 business days or you'll receive an email if there's a delay, but that is not true. My order sat unfulfilled for an entire week and it was only after I started complaining that it was fulfilled. But it gets better, it will be at least 3 weeks before I even get the product! They still sent the package ground after multiple attempts of trying to contact customer service. I'd avoid unless you're fine waiting a minimum of a month to get your product! And good luck reaching customer service.
