they stole my 12000$
At first, CoinEx processes your deposits without any issues and gives the impression that everything is working normally, which builds your trust. However, in my experience, when larger amounts are involved, withdrawals can be blocked, leaving you without access to your own funds. I have been unable to withdraw approximately $12,000, despite repeated attempts. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before trusting this platform with significant amounts of money.
It's 13 weeks already and my deposit is still stuck with them. I submitted all necessary proofs but nothing had been done. It's obvious that they only want peoples deposit and nothing more. Well, I have opted for # Vine## ..Hash..# and both my deposits and withdrawals has been going smoothly.
34 DAYS and STILL FROZEN!
I had TWO separate deposits that have been stuck for over 34 days! I submitted two tickets (#1652610, #1677523) and provided ALL requested compliance documents and information to the finance department. However, my transactions have NOT been returned or resolved together, and support is completely unresponsive!
CoinEx is NOT a reliable exchange. Take responsibility and release my funds immediately!
I am extremely disappointed with CoinEx.
I deposited my cryptocurrency before CoinEx announced any restrictions related to deposits from certain exchanges. However, my deposit was suddenly frozen and placed under review.
I immediately provided every document requested by the compliance team, including proof of purchase, withdrawal records, identity verification, and even a selfie with my ID. Despite fully cooperating, my funds remain frozen for a long time, and I have received no clear explanation or timeline.
This is unacceptable. Holding a customer's assets after they have complied with all verification requests damages trust and creates unnecessary financial stress.
I sincerely hope CoinEx resolves my case as soon as possible and releases my funds. Until then, I cannot recommend this exchange to anyone.
Case status: Deposit under review after all requested documents were submitted.
Deposit stuck under review for almost a month - no response despite full cooperation
On June 12, 2026, I made a deposit of approximately 111.85 USDT via the BEP20 network. It has remained in "under review" status ever since - nearly a month with zero resolution.
On the same day the deposit was flagged, I submitted all requested documentation: a selfie with ID, a handwritten verification note, withdrawal records with transaction details (TXID), and proof of income/occupation.
Since then I have opened 7 support tickets (#1640821, #1641004, #1641008, #1642144, #1643401, #1653518, #1672472) and sent formal follow-up emails to both support@coinex and compliance@coinex.
. I have received no substantive response through any channel.
I understand compliance checks take time, but nearly a month of silence despite full cooperation and repeated follow-up is unacceptable. I would like this resolved and I am sharing this review publicly in the hope of getting an actual response.

my deposit has been stuck under review for 19 days. I already submitted all required proof of funds. Ticket ID:1651118
CoinEx has not credited my confirmed USDT deposit for more than one month**
I am reporting a serious issue with CoinEx regarding a USDT deposit that has been successfully confirmed on the blockchain but has not been credited to my account for more than one month.
The transaction was completed successfully, and I provided all requested information, including proof of transaction, source of funds, and required verification documents. However, despite multiple support tickets and emails, I have not received a clear explanation or a solution.
This issue is affecting many Iranian users who report the same problem with uncredited USDT deposits. We have provided all requested documents and evidence, but CoinEx support has failed to resolve the matter or provide a reasonable timeline.
I request CoinEx to investigate these cases urgently, provide transparent explanations, and credit the legitimate deposits of affected users.
Transaction details and evidence are available upon request.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before depositing funds into CoinEx.
I am currently experiencing a very frustrating situation. My account is under review, and approximately 6,100 USDT has been frozen. It has now been 4 days, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have not received any meaningful update or a clear timeline for resolving my case.
I fully understand that compliance and AML reviews may be necessary. However, customers deserve transparent communication and timely responses. Keeping users’ funds frozen without proper updates creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I sincerely hope CoinEx reviews my case as soon as possible and improves its customer support and communication with users.
Everything was good as always but today I bought through the third party system and added some founds as always but now I can't withdraw and the support doesn't respond
Stay away from them. You have the KYC taken care of with this guys and everything is ok, then one day you wake up and they delete your account. Now because they don't provide services to the country where you're staying anymore, without previous notification. This exchange is a scam.
They were great for a year straight... then one day about 2 weeks ago I deposited $7500 to the account and they "froze deposit for review".
They now are ignoring me and keeping my money. Many people have the same issue right now. I think the company is on the way out and scamming a large exit. STAY AWAY!
I trusted CoinEx for years because it presented itself as a reliable exchange and even allowed Iranian users to complete verification. That trust turned out to be a mistake.
Without any clear warning in advance, CoinEx froze verified Iranian accounts and blocked access to deposits and withdrawals. Users were then asked to provide additional documents and were told that the issue would be resolved within two to four weeks. Many of us cooperated in good faith and submitted everything requested.
After waiting for weeks, instead of resolving the situation, CoinEx stopped providing services to Iranian users altogether, while many people still could not freely access or withdraw their own funds. What is most disappointing is not only the restriction itself, but the way it was handled: users were encouraged to trust the platform, comply with every request, and wait patiently, only to find themselves without access to their assets and without clear answers.
This experience feels like a betrayal of user trust. If CoinEx knew it could no longer support Iranian users, it should have provided transparent communication and a reasonable opportunity for customers to withdraw their funds before taking such actions.
I am sharing this review so that other users understand the risks of relying on a platform that can change its position without adequate notice, leaving customers uncertain about the safety and accessibility of their assets.
CoinEx has taken advantage of the difficult situation faced by the people of Iran.
Without any prior notice, it froze all verified accounts belonging to Iranian users, along with their deposits and withdrawals. Then it asked users to submit documents, which we did.
They told us the issue would be resolved within two to four weeks. However, when the four-week period ended, they completely stopped providing services to Iranian users and still did not release people's funds so they could withdraw them from the exchange.
I don't understand this. The whole world claims to care about the people of Iran and says it wants the best for them, but in practice, they block people's money and refuse to provide answers.
What a failed exchange. You can't just wake up at the morning and say I will compete with Binance which is long standing and reputational exchange.
Failed experiment.
Keep away from them
When the H$ token is pumped, the price on CoinEx is deliberately pumped by a third of the price I will get a lawyer to revoke CoinEx's license
For 3 days straight (or more) my daily withdraw limit is $0, even though my monthly is almost $40000. Meaning I should be able to withdraw my money , but not. I wrote to support , 48 hours no response, no changes. Terrible service!!!! Stay away !!!
CoinEx is withholding my deposit of 422.3927 TON for 4 months. I provided the perfect blockchain proof from Tonscan (Full Hash: 47ac134d68c5b98c2c550de7cb202c1a68b9da5313ef32bacee60a891d68ae33). However, their support team keeps giving me excuses and forcing me to use an incorrect hash in their system form to reject my deposit. This is completely unacceptable. Fix this or I will escalate further

diffidate da questa piattaforma.
I am totally sure of what happened to me, I downloaded the original Coinex app from apple store, and I have been scammed on your web site by someone who apparently does this kind of fraud often, yo don't have control of your web site....I effectively lost 21 thousand euros which is not fair I have worked hard to earn that amount of money, I will go deep as much as I can on this situation.
