I have tried over and over to vo contact someone about my debit card being declined. Its been months now with no response. I guess they dont want my.money

My debit card was declined yesterday for a $50 purchase. I was charged anyway. Never had coins deposited in my account. Beware

No wonder i couldnt hit anything on this scam site but look at all these 1 star review and their rate! Gosh i wish i should've read the review first before i wasted my money on this garbage! Went thru $50 betting .60 the whole time, playing the same game and didn't get one bonus! It was the "Fish Tails Double Catch Max Scatter" game. It filled up at the top with the bobbers but never gave. Pretty sad and disappointing that it didn't hit a bonus. Not depositing anymore anytime soon. I know they'll just bring up the RNG or something but that's a lot of spins with no bonuses!

Unlike its big sister casino which I will not name here this casino is a good one. My only complaint is the daily bonus could be more appealing but I actually won here. Kinda new to sweep casinos but I submitted a payout request on a Friday evening expecting 3-5 business days but the money was in my bank account by Monday noon so they get bonus points for that. 4/5 STARS, a better bonus/reawards system would make it 5/5 in my opinion.

Nothing inherently bad here, but for me, nothing really great either. Very mediocre in almost all aspects, especially in the game catalog. Just nothing here I want to play. I gave them an honest try, and won't be back.

I would be remiss if I failed to mention how easy it is to close an account here. Many sites make you jump through so many hoops, you just give up. Here, it's all right online and done instantly. I signed up for this account a couple of days ago and they decided they wouldn't take my verification and then locked me out of my account there is no way to get a hold of them other than through their app and no email will send to them of course I have money on my account that I can no longer access this is beyond frustrating every email they send you is a no reply so you cannot reply and their site is a joke to try to get customer help

This place is exactly why they're trying to shut sweepstakes down in my state made a deposit one money enough for a withdrawal went to log in and do my withdrawal and they've got some verification code that's required there with my phone number and I enter and nothing happens I don't get a code so there's no way I can get back into my account again and I've tried to tell them that's a hundred times and they keep telling me oh well send us a screenshot of the error there is no error to screenshot it just doesn't do anything so and then they ask me what's the email the same email address I've been emailing you to for the last 20 messages I mean they do everything they can to not pay you so I advise everybody do not deposit a dime here and even if you get a little bit of money and their bonuses or whatever don't even bother because it's just going to be a nightmare these people need to be shut down. This place is a joke! They are owned by golden hearts casino and I guess opened up this place. They send you a ticket number yet never follow up on that ticket. My account was opened unauthorized by myself and they won’t work with me at all. No responses , no online chat. Nothing . Save yourself!!!!!!!

Got $300. Referred my boyfriend. Got "temporary suspended" except it's permanent because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LIVE SUPPORT. NO EMAIL RESPONSE, NO FORM RESPONSE. I used the same billing address and my Google auto fill used my debit card for his on accident and I got banned. Absolutely ridiculous. If they could at least fn respond but no they can't they just steal money, fix it or keep this review up.

I think this is a good casino. I played on it for a few days. Now when I click "Login" I am taken to a screen to create an account.

There's something wrong with that button.
ALSO. It's in the wrong place! It should be on the top right next to the "sign up" option.
Instead there is a "Play Now" option that just takes you to sign up.

In short, the user interface on the home screen is broken and confusing.
