If I could award zero stars I would, worst customer service ever. I placed my order in August, they gladly took my money and then informed me there was a delay. In October I received email it was being shipped and as of today no delivery of item. I have been communicating via email but no resolution offered and with no tracking number information unable to track where parcel is. I have escalated this to my bank in hopes of receiving refund. Its an absolute disgrace that a band as big as Coldplay is using such a disreputable service

If I could give this site a zero, I would. Items never arrived, cannot make any communication with them, thought it was a scam. Posted on social media and sadly others had the same experience, one or two got part of their order but said it was terrible quality and some items were missing. Don't order from them, hugely disappointing. In the end the bank reimbursed me and tracked them down. Terrible experience. Bet Chris Martin would be gutted to know this site existed in his bands name.

Had to raise a dispute with my bank in order to get an update
I ordered a Tshirt whilst at the Sydney concert in November 2024 and heard nothing back, reached out a few times via emails as well to no avail. It's only when I disputed with my bank that coincidently a few days later I received an order update via email that its out for delivery. What a joke! Received tshirt today (early Jan), almost 2 months later. Poor service. I would suggest raising a dispute with your bank, it worked for me so may help others.

The official Coldplay AU site and company is a scam!!! They are frauds. Stay away. I ordered two tshirts after the concert in Melbourne and they never delivered them. I contacted them 3 times and no response. If you go on Reddit you will see lots of other Australian have the same issue. People are charged for items and they never receive them. I’m surprised the band are associated with a company that steals money from their fans. Not cool.

This company is absolutely shocking! I purchased a sweatshirt for my grandson's birthday in plenty of time and had no communication apart from them taking my money and order confirmation. I tried emailing three times and got no response, then found they had a whatsapp number for messages only - messaged within working hours yesterday - no response. Messaged several times today and no response until I said I wanted to cancel the order - apparently they are refunding but it is now too late for my grandson's birthday present - despicable company

Have placed 2 orders over the past 4 weeks for merchandise and not received anything and no-one is replying back to my emails as to when it wil be shipped out. I will be going to the Retail Ombudsmen and making a complaint soon if I do not get a reply or my items sent.
