Great fitting session, helpful and friendly advice, highly recommend.

Dave Bunker has recently fitted me out with both irons and woods. He was incredibly helpful at finding me the best possible combination of clubs for my needs. His expertise with the launch monitor combined with his experience and knowledge has ensured that my new clubs will go straighter and longer. That of course will largely depend on my performance but I have every confidence they will do exactly that! I would highly recommend the club fitting service at The Complete Golfer. Their reputation goes before them and their service and customer care is exceptional.

The fitting team are excellent at what they do. I went in with a club in mind and came out with a cheaper model that I hit much better. Thank you Simon.

I had a fitting with Dave Bunker for a new set of irons in November 2024. I was impressed then....Dave made the whole experience informative, data driven and fun! He is extremely knowledgeable and tailors the fitting to you and your requirements. Yesterday I returned for a driver fitting....why? Because I trust Dave. I see the data, he explains the data, he tailors the fitting. You try various clubs. He 'tweaks' the settings to suit your game. Consequently, I know why I am buying that specific club from Dave and Complete Golfer...it is the best club for my game. Thank you Dave.

I went for my fitting for a driver and as per Dave’s expertise shone through he managed to to gain me ridiculous yardage and precision his calm nature and has a way of explaining things he then phoned Scott at Northwood golf store who then put me into my spec of driver that was released that day and will arrive the day after can’t recommend these chaps more highly total package give them a go

First of all the fitting centre is in a great location and the studio is great. All the heads and shafts that I wanted to try were in there, my fitter was very knowledgable and there's no bias towards any brands nor is there any pressure to purchase anything.

Had a fitting session for a few selected club replacements/upgrades. Had outstanding service from Simon

I recently had a golf club fitting session with Simon, and it was a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.

What impressed me most was his patience throughout the process. He took the time to understand my game. And even when I wasn’t striking the ball particularly well, Simon remained encouraging.

He allowed plenty of time to test different setups, making small adjustments along the way rather than jumping to conclusions. Every element was carefully considered—from shaft options and club head combinations to fine adjustments in loft and lie.

He explained everything helping me understand how each change was impacting ball flight, distance, and consistency. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my first ever driver fitting session with Simon, despite having played at golf for 10+ years. I think it was for a combination of reasons - clear analysis, hints and tips along the way, access to the best kit and what felt like a clear direction of travel through the session. And all finished off with a competitive quote!

I had a fitting for a new set of irons. I had an idea which brands I wanted to try out, which gave the fitter a head start. Although there are a lot of stats on the screen after each shot, the fitter easily sees what's relevant in each case. For me it was to get the ball launching higher, and to get a steeper angle of descent into greens for control. After a while I felt as if I was hitting the irons a bit heavy, but seeing this, the fitter easily saw the remedy to this by changing the lie angle. We also tried a couple of different shafts, and they really make a difference. Overall, I am so pleased to get fitted for golf clubs at Complete Golfer, and would not hesitate to recommend, as the wealth of knowledge is outstanding.

My irons fitting with Dave from
start to finish has been an amazing experience. He is a true professional in his field- highly personable and knowledgeable combining his advice and recommendations with fact based data to find the right product for me. Nothing was a problem for him, no question was left unanswered and any concerns or reservations were dealt with methodically. The whole fitting process was comprehensive and confidence inspiring and really enjoyable.
Through no fault of Dave’s I ran out of time on my initial appointment but he very quickly got me back into the studio to finalise my irons spec.
Any query I had about the shaft spec, spin rates and lots of other details Dave was able to talk me through each point and put my mind at rest.
My current set of irons were “fitted”
somewhere else but actually I now realise I didn’t know what a fitting really is until my visit to the Complete Golfer studio - different class !
Whatever level of golfer you are it will help to have the right equipment and I highly recommend Complete Golfer.

First time at Complete Golfer Fitting Center. I found the whole experience absolutely excellent from booking to the actual fitting. I was looked after by Simon for my fitting, he took great care in understanding my requirements and what I wanted to achieve from my golf. The service wasn’t rushed and he took time taking me through several different set ups to ensure I had complete confidence in my final club / setup choice. Highly recommend for all levels of golfers, brilliant experience and really happy with the end result!

Complete Golfer is the best for golf gear and fitting. I was fitted for a driver, 3&5 woods with David Bunker. Unbelievably gifted in the way David approached the fitting. Very knowledgeable in the dynamics of a golf swing. The staff at the shop in Northwood are helpful and always happy to see you.
