Can I just say that Alex at complete golfer in Northwood is an absolute legend! From the fitting of my new clubs to the purchase of my new driver , woods and irons and new stand bag he’s been amazing no problem has been too big for him!
And I’ve had a few changes and tweaks I’ve needed to make since my purchases and he’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything was correct for me
I will never shop anywhere else now for all my golf purchases from now on. Alex is an asset to your company and clearly loves what he does.

Twice now I've booked a fitting through Complete Golfer (first for Driver and 4 wood, then last week for a driving iron). Each time I have been lucky enough to have David Bunker at Moor Park GC - he's superb. He uses the Trackman data brilliantly to get you fitted with the best possible tools. He's patient, knowledge and professional. I couldn't recommend the process more readily.

Excellent service from complete golfer- received some very knowledgeable advice from Priyanka during my club fitting at Moor park, then great customer service in the shop shortly afterwards.
I will 100% be using complete golfer for future purchases.

The iron fitting service with David Bunker was amazing, the guidance and advice second to none. No hard selling. It was all about customer satisfaction.
Willing to accommodate every reasonable request, and despite the on-going challenges with supply from Ping, somehow David pulled the rabbit out of the hat and I’m now in possession of the G425s months ahead of the lead times currently quoted by Ping.
I couldn’t be happier.
I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Moor Park.

Used complete golfers custom fitting service, which is run from the studio at Moor Park golf club. Attended two fittings, one for irons and the second for woods and wedges. The fitter, David Bunker, was great to work with, both knowledgeable and helpful with no hard sell tactics. Best of all the new clubs are working well! Would recommend.

Had a club fitting but not in stock with a 3-4wk wait. Always prefer buying from my club pro shop but when I got home thought I’d rather get my new 3wd more quickly if I could find one online. Yo and behold completegolfer.co.uk had the same spec club in stock so I bought it, with delivery due Monday, today being Thursday. Happy with that and they were really easy to deal with so a great review going to happen anyway BUT …. I contact them and ask what the chances are for delivery over the weekend because I have a load of golf next week starting off on the Monday and my old 3wd with super stiff shaft is just too difficult for me to hit these days. “No problem!” Came the answer and I’m getting it tomorrow; notifications already received from their courier. How good is that? My club pro now has some serious competition ;-). Thanks guys for your wonderful service

I wrote an earlier review about my great fitting experience at Moor Park with the Complete Golfer team. I wanted to follow up with a second review to, once again, show the incredible customer service.

Due to the interesting time we are living in, the irons that I have ordered have been repeatedly delayed. This is no fault of the CG Team, purely supply chain issues with the actual supplier. Not only have the team kept me updated throughout, chasing the suppliers repeatedly, but they have also given me a gift card as a form of apology for the delay. I reiterate, the delay had nothing to do with them! They did not have to do that but because they have such a great customer focused approach they did it anyway!

Truly a good show of how much they care about their customers. Cannot recommend the whole team enough.

We visited complete golfer's custom fitting shop at Moor Park, we were able to try any club imaginable, but with David's expert help and guidance, and some amazing technology, we were able to pick the perfect clubs for us. Our details were sent straight to Complete Golfer, and we were given the best price you will get anywhere for Ping and Callaway irons, even online.

Online prices with a custom fit, expert service backed by the latest tech - I'd give six stars if it existed!

Having played golf for a few years, went in looking to replace my starter set with something a bit better under the proviso that they would last a long time. Popped in to the Northwood shop and had a couple of long chats with Austin, gauging the level I was playing at, what I was looking for and then making recommendations. It became clear that it probably made the most sense to make use of their fitting studio at Moor Park Golf Club to make sure that the clubs were perfect and would last for a long time.

For a fairly high handicap golfer, the prospect of a fitting was quite daunting. Luckily, you are in the very capable hands of Dave Bunker (PGA Pro at MPGC)! He took everything I said into consideration, and allowed me to hit a bunch of different clubs until I was happy with the choice. He clearly explained every club I was trying and why it would suit me, as well as the numbers coming out of the simulator and which he felt needed work etc. I could not recommend the fitting experience more.

After the fitting, he sent over all of the specs of the clubs we had decided on to myself and Austin. Austin then priced them all up (very generously in comparison to what I'd seen online) and I popped into the shop to finish it all off, including trading in old clubs as part of it (which I also got a very fair price for). The CompleteGolfer team go above and beyond and I could not recommend them any more!

I found Complete Golfer when trying to find a couple of motorised golf trollies for my wife and I. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from CG to say that they unfortunately only had one trolley left of the type I had ordered but they were prepared to give me the next model up (no extra cost to me) to compensate for not completing my original order. As other reviewers have stated, delivery was received the next day via DPD.
The exceptional service which has prompted this review happened this week. Around 10 days ago I ordered a new driver with a custom shaft in anticipation of playing in an upcoming club competition. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from CG advising that there would be a delay of around 5 weeks for the custom shaft (manufacturer could not supply it any quicker). It was agreed to replace the custom shaft with a standard one and have delivery delayed by a day as I was not going to be at home to accept delivery on the scheduled date. When I did not receive my new club or a confirmation of delivery email, I rang CG to ascertain what had happened and to convey my disappointment as I required it the following day. This is where I was very impressed. CG admitted that it was an oversight on their part and to make amends they would arrange with DPD for the club to be delivered by 10:30am the next day. I received the club at 9:35am! Thank you CG and DPD for excellent customer service.
Next up - custom fitting!

Fantastic fitting experience with Complete Golfer's Dave at Moor Park. Brilliant results with clubs feeling wonderful. This is well worth doing and strongly recommend it if its available.

Had an iron and wedges fitting done with David at Moor Park GC. Highly knowledgeable, focused towards customer experience not sales. Far surpassed my expectations, answered any question, and offered exceptionally competitive prices. I'm a mid handicaper (12), first fitting: I would not have believed the radical difference fitted clubs vs off the shelf/internet. Don't hesitate at least to have a fitting session.

Recently bought a new set of irons and woods.
Complete Golfer set up a fitting session at Moor Park which was a first for me, having previously bought clubs 'off the shelf'
The fitting experience was great and I ended up with Mizuno irons and Ping woods.(had intended buying Callaway Epic woods but the Pings were much better suited to my swing)
I returned to Complete Golfer and ordered my clubs. They were super competitive on price.
I now have played with the clubs for a month and they are great.

When in the market for new clubs, Complete Golfer knock spots off the big nationwide retailers i.e. American Golf. The custom fit session was far more of an engaging learning experience than anything I have received with 'one of the big guys'. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the fit and found a solution to improve my swing and consequently game off the tee significantly. In addition to the fitting service, the prices are the best in the market by a stretch. I cant believe it took me this long to find a truly bespoke, professional, communicative and reasonable partner.
One would call it...COMPLETE!

I have just recently purchased a new set of irons and a driver from the complete golfer and i was advised by them to get a prefesonal fitting first before i made any decision on choice of club and wow I would recommend this to anyone who wants to buy new clubs. From the moment i first walked into the shop to enquir To collecting the clubs today love them already thanks for all your help and everybody who I dealt with there and at more park all been fantastically helpful and very friendly and professional.

I had a fitting session with David at Moor Park and following his recommendations went to the shop in Northwood where Scott B and Lawrence upgraded my current poorly fitted clubs for a great set of Ping G400 irons and G woods.
Hitting the ball so much sweeter now, and looking forward to my handicap dropping fast.
All the way through the fitting and purchase I felt like I was their number one customer and they could’nt do more for me.
I have recommended Complete Golfer to everyone in my society already.
