Established in 1990, Complete Golfer has built a proud heritage as one of the UK's leading golf retailers. From the very beginning, our commitment has been simple: to offer an exceptional selection of the world's finest golf equipment, apparel and accessories, supported by knowledgeable advice and outstanding customer service. As the business grew, so did our reputation for quality, expertise and trust. Embracing the opportunities of e-commerce in the early 2000s, Complete Golfer successfully combined the personal service of a specialist golf retailer with the convenience of online shopping, becoming a trusted destination for golfers across the UK and beyond. More than three decades later, our passion for the game remains as strong as ever. We continue to curate the latest products from the world's leading golf brands, delivering premium equipment, expert guidance and an exceptional shopping experience for golfers at every level. At our core, we are a family-run business, and we genuinely care about every customer we serve. Those family values shape everything we do, from the products we carefully select to the expert advice and personal service we provide. We believe that building lasting relationships is just as important as supplying the very best golf equipment, which is why golfers continue to place their trust in Complete Golfer year after year.

Exceptional
Exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly shop staff.
The custom fitting session was invaluable. Time was taken to match club heads and shafts to my swing.
The result. Greater accuracy and more distance. Competitive price too.
What more could you want.
Good initially, not proactive later on
Great organising custom fitting and with helping get the best price. Would have liked to see CG be more proactive chasing Titliest sooner for delivery rather than me having to prompt the team to chase.
This js particularly the case with the 2-iron which was way later than initially promised - in the end it was me that suggested they just upgraded it to the new model which was available in the right spec. Once suggested this was related to Titleist and it arrived soon after.
Hopefully the team have learnt from this and will be more prompt on things for future customers.
The Lady assistant was most helpful …
The Lady assistant was most helpful both in respect of quality and fitting of purchased garment.
Great honest Advice on equipment
Great honest Advice on equipment, fantastic fitting center. Never look to up-sell or over sell to you.
Great range of equipment and clothes and accessories. And now they have a loyalty card to build up money to spend. Will always be my 1st port f call for anything golf related
Don't Get Frustrated, Get Fitted!
Over the winter, I turned 69 and age finally got the better of my swing speed. I was not hitting my X-20 stiff graphite shaft irons well - distance was down and direction erratic. Since I was fitted for the X-20s, I wanted to get my swing speed, strike location, etc. checked. As a long-time customer of the Complete Golfer shop in Northwood, I booked a session at their fitting studio at Moor Park golf club where Complete Golfer has the pro-shop franchise. Booking the appointment was simple, added to which there was no charge for the measurement and subsequent fitting even if I had not bought anything - although I fail to see how the latter could happen with the attention one gets. I was looked after by the appropriately-named David Bunker who spent an hour plus with me, first measuring my swing speed, flight and strike location on my existing clubs before bolting this, that and the other heads to various flex shafts for me to try. It's worth noting that Complete Golfer is not locked into any of the major manufactuers so I got to try out quite a variety of well-known manufacturers' heads and shafts. Each step was thoroughly explained to me both verbally and via the sometimes mind-boggling computer software analysis. The final result was a model of iron that I hit smack out of the middle of the club time after time, that had a flight half as high again as my existing clubs, and that had an astonishing consistency of distance and flight over my old clubs. All this information, including grip size and tape layers, was emailed back to the Complete Golfer shop and the following day I went in and ordered the clubs where the price I was charged was checked against other web sites to guarantee the best price on the day. Delivery took less than ten days. It then took me three or four practice rounds to fully understand the change in flight and distance with each club but the all-round consistency of strike has paid dividends - dial in the distance/conditions and the club picks itself - well, not far off anyway! I am a six handicap and, in the past two weeks, I have equalled or beaten that handicap four times, the best being two over par only days ago. The increase in confidence that I have in each club in the set is - for me - immeasurable. For the technical: I bought Ping G red dot irons 5 through 9 plus in the same model the four wedges (PW/UW/SW/LW), all fitted with Ping orange jumbo grips (needed because of arthritis in the fingers of both hands) and with light regular shafts. My seven iron flight is a consistent 145yds with ten yards up/down between each club. I use a Pro V1 ball. As an addendum, I went back to the studio a month later with the intention of changing my driver. After half an hour, I was told that my current driver, albeit with a slight change to the setting, could not be bettered. Now that's good service.
Don't get frustrated, get fitted!
The only place to buy Golf gear!!
Rather than being pressured into a sale like other high street golf stores, I was given options and choices as to what clubs would suit my game. I even received the option to book a custom fitting session for my clubs with one of their custom fit technicians. A truly first class service. Friendly and welcoming staff with excellent product knowledge and customer service. No need to buy Golf products elsewhere!
