SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I wrote an article, paid the fee, and haven't heard back from them since. Be careful with them.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAM!!! I wrote an article, paid the fee, and haven't heard back from them since. Be careful with them.
We have been using Constant Contact for years, mainly for email creation and deployment. We have also used it for event sign-ups and such. I appreciate the ease of creating emails (as this was not our first platform we tried), and how easy it is to upload the contacts we want to use.
Do not use this platform. Period.
Every single email sent through Constant Contact went to spam. 100% failure rate. An email marketing service that cannot deliver emails is useless.
Canceling was a nightmare. I attempted to cancel multiple times, only to find out it was not actually canceled. Even after canceling, they forced me to call them, and not once—multiple times. Each call felt deliberately obstructive, repetitive, and designed to exhaust you into giving up.
Their cancellation policy is worse than dealing with the DMV. It is hostile to customers and intentionally difficult.
This company wastes your time, damages your email reputation, and then traps you in a cancellation process that borders on predatory.
Stay away. There are better platforms. Do not do this to yourself.
You used to be able to sign up for free as a writer, but now they say that to filter out who the serious writers from the non-serious writers, you have to pay $3 to submit an article. Then they say they will let you know within 5 days, but no response. There is no response from customer service. Its rude, and are you not making enough money taking 35 to 40 percent of EVERY writer's sold piece? It's greed there and it's greed to be charging this fee. It's disgraceful and I hope they go under soon.
Scam. Signed up as a writer. They wanted a unique article submitted and a $3 review fee, supposedly for someone to read the article and approve me as a suitable writer. Never heard a word from them. They don't reply to emails. Customer service is non-existent. I think they've gone out of business and just never took the website down.
I cleared their test and then they asked for $3 which is okay I mean I would have paid it but every time I was scrolling down that thing kept popping up and I wanted to close it so I could start submitting my article but nothing helped and I am unable to delete my account.
Please do not fall for their trap
One of my articles sold and I received an email telling me the money was ready to cash out of my account but when I went on the site, there was no option to get my money. I put work into the article and they dont want to pay me! I tried contacting them through several methods for over a month and no response despite seeing that they company is active on social and posting new items each day.
I paid the approx. $2 fee and got rejected even though I have a John's Hopkins MBA and have over 10 years experience as a US Army officer. This place has an AI tool that filters people out and it needs to be asjusted.
I was evaluating different content marketplaces and put $50 into the account. A writer accepted my job and then came back and said it needed more money. I asked how much and added another $100 which they said would cover it. They then said it would be ready by Monday - this was Thursday. Monday came, nothing, no response no answer. I have had a few back and forth with support but no answer. I want my money refunded - I have $150 in there that I will not use on the platform and they are ghosting me. Not impressed at all.
Horrible interface, very few poor performing features. I would never recomment using this tool. It's a waste of time and money.
This website is just a scam, stay away from it like a plague.
