I ordered a pair of boots from their website but got no confirmation email about my order. This triggered some doubts, so I wrote to them to cancel my order. They told me my order was already processed and I will have to receive the item and return it before I can get my money back.
I got the boots four days after ordering. They were well packaged,looked exactly like what I ordered and good quality.They look like genuine leather. So i decided to keep them. I was surprised because when i got to the reviews here, I could not find even one positive review, which was also one of the reasons why I had doubts about getting what I ordered. With my own experience, I am really surprised to not see even one good review here. I haven't worn them yet, and I do hope they will not for any reason fall apart.
I definitely recommend and will order again.

Very bad experience, I bought shoes 2 weeks ago and not yet received anything, neither they answer to my different messages. I would have put zero but 1 is the minimum to write a review

I think this company is big scam
I think this company is big scam. I made order 2 weeks ago and still not order confirmation nor it is sent. I lost my 119 EUR and have no idea will I get shoes. No answer from them, no possibility to cal lthem, no possibility to cancel order....
I never experienced such a bad customer service and shopping experience.
