I bought a 3 zone minisplit and damaged one of the air handlers installing it, so got a quote for a replacement . At the time I didnt need it so let it slide... months later I contacted Costway again, they honored the previous (incredibly reasonable) quote and within 3 days I received, shipping cost free, a replacement unit. Excellent customer service and i'm as happy as a clam with the unit too - so much so that I just ordered a smaller unit to cool/heat my sons' bedrooms. Can't be beat.
Bought a loveseat and it’s completely unusable. We had an issue putting one of the legs during assembly. We noticed that one of the legs didn’t fit as well as the others.
We were able to complete the assembly, however two weeks later the couch leg broke. We used the couch only a handful of times, and the wood of the leg broke on its on when no one was sitting on it. At least no one got hurt.
I read the low rating reviews on their poor costumer service and they were right.
The only reason why the couch leg broke it was because it was a manufacture problem with the leg. It didn’t match the others.
I asked them to send the replacement parts, and they said I could handle it on my own and refuse to send the replacement parts.
Easy ordering, timely and smooth deliver, and quality item.
I ordered this for 3 toddlers and they have used it as a couch, a bed, a tent, a slide, and a bounce platform. Definitely a purchase worth the price!

The table came in two boxes. That arrived on two different days. Once we started building, we had multiple warped boards. Luckily my son was able to make the build work, as we needed the table for a get together. It will not sit flat on the ground.
We didn’t request a refund or replacement due to time constraintand we had used the table. I couldn’t even fathom trying to build a new one after the first go around.
So we will put up with it sitting crooked. But buyer beware. Warped boards will ruin the stability and you absolutely will see that it doesn’t sit flat WHATSOEVER. 🤷🏼♀️

Quality was less than expected from pictures. Sides of chairs & loveseat I thought were wicker are plastic ribbon. Disappointed in that. Seats are very low to ground. Corners are sharp can scratch you easily. Not all holes were visible.

The heat function on my AC broke to the point where my AC would begin blowing out smoke if it was on. It was only around 4 months out of warranty to which i emailed Costway support to see if they could help. Imagine my suprise when their lovely support agent replied telling me to throw it out even though i'd just bought it a year before. Costway do not respect consumer law and neither do they respect their customers as after hearing back from them once, they completely ghosted me.
Mind you, i live in the UK. So its only really in use for around 3-4 months out of a year. If this product breaks after that little usage after having it for only a year, it's clear Costway products were not built with longevity in mind.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The AC will work fine for a while and then break leaving you with a £300 fire hazard. You won't really find that this company is willing to help you when you encounter issues with their products. It seems as though they pick and choose the issues that they want to deal with.

I ordered a 6x4 metal shed. The build although not easy went well until I had fit the back panels. The holes were well out of line. I had this confirmed by other handymen. The company wanted to claim that I had not built it correctly. This was totally untrue as the instructions were followed to the letter. I sent them photos on 3 occasions to confirm this. They claimed that by they could not see the part numbers in the photos. The photos did not show the part numbers because I had already built that part of the shed. However they could clearly see that the parts in question are clearly there parts. They refused to send the correct parts and offered me £30 refund. Initially I refused this, but eventually was forced to accept due to their refusal to send the parts. They did want me to return the shed, but I had spent so much time putting it together and couldn’t take it apart (I am an 80 yr old). I now have to employ someone at a cost of £60 to drill the holes in the correct place. Customer service does not exist in this company. Order no. 1063562139-A

Service Quality is absolutely awful. If you have an broken AC inside Warranty Time, the Chinese Bot / Support tries to keep you busy for days instead of proceeding with the repair claim they ask you to open up the AC yourself and check the cabling. Totally unprofessional and dangerous advices are being given by the support. Never open up an AC if you don't know what you are doing. the support "plays dumb" to avoid Repair/Warranty Claims. 0/5 Stars if that would be possible to give. Avoid this Company at any cost. Don't get fooled by the cheap prices. I will inform the German Verbraucherschutz and inform my lawyer. Seems like you have to brute force your rights with that company.

Ordered a patio set through Target, so I had to deal with Target customer service. The set was supposed to arrive in 3 boxes. I received boxes “1 of 3” and “2 of 3” correctly, but the third box was an entirely different patio table and chair set.
Target customer service instructed me to dispose of the incorrect item and said Costway would send the correct “3 of 3” box. Sounds simple enough — except after I disposed of it, Costway then demanded that I ship the incorrect item back and provide proof it was in transit before they would send the correct box.
After explaining multiple times that I had already been told to dispose of the item, I was then told to haul the two correct boxes back to a Target store for a refund. Thankfully, the refund was approved, because otherwise I would have disputed the charge with my bank.
This entire experience was a mess and took hours on the phone to resolve. I genuinely do not understand:
1) How a warehouse sends the wrong box when the shipment is clearly labeled “1 of 3,” “2 of 3,” etc.
2) Why the mistake was not simply corrected by shipping the proper third box.
3) Why customers are expected to deal with so much hassle for a company error.
The handling of this situation was extremely disorganized and incompetent, and it definitely does not inspire confidence in ordering from Costway again.

I strongly DO NOT recommend buying from Coastway UK on TikTok Shop, and I am extremely disappointed with TikTok customer service.
I ordered a gazebo which arrived damaged, even though the outer packaging looked fine. I reported the issue within the valid 30-day return and refund period, exactly according to TikTok’s policy. Instead of resolving the matter properly, TikTok repeatedly gave me “48-hour updates” and then closed my case without any real help or solution.
The seller sent me a return QR code, but when I went to the post office, I was told the QR code only covered parcels up to 20 kg, while the gazebo parcel actually weighs around 30 kg. Because I am physically unable to carry heavy items, I had to pay two men to help transport the package to the post office, only for the parcel to be rejected and brought back home. This caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and extra expense.
After this, I repeatedly contacted TikTok requesting a proper collection from my home, since the item remains in its original packaging and safely secured. TikTok customer support promised me that the parcel would be collected on the 21st or 22nd of May, but nobody arrived, and no collection took place. Since then, both TikTok and the seller have been unhelpful. Coastway UK has completely ignored my messages.
Now TikTok is claiming that I am outside the 30-day return period, despite the fact that I opened the dispute WELL within the allowed timeframe. The delays were caused entirely by their failed return process and poor customer service.
This entire experience has caused me significant mental stress and frustration. Customers should not be treated this way after following the correct process from the beginning. TikTok Shop customer service has been unreliable, dismissive, and extremely poorly managed, and Coastway UK has shown no responsibility whatsoever.
Buyers beware.

Lost my order (was an expensive item) after waiting for 2 weeks and were unable to address, requested a refund but cosway refused as it was shipped but I was never delivered l, ended up contacting my bank to go through disputing path to get my money back. Don’t trust such a reseller ever
