One month since order and still no package and no refund. Asked me to pay £90 of customs charges despite customs having been paid in the order. Customer service admitted they made a mistake but said they were trying to locate my order so couldn't provide a refund. Still nothing has arrived and I have no refund one month after the order. It's compeltely scandalous.
