I very recently ordered an item from Curl Care that Royal Mail failed to deliver after 3 attempts. They did not leave a card to inform me where I could collect my parcel from and their App was useless. I was caught in a doom loop, unable to rearrange delivery or discover which collection point my parcel was. Ashlee from Curl Care customer service was excellent, she managed to rearrange delivery for me and I eventually was united with my parcel. Item was as described and sent out promptly. Unfortunately Royal Mail was a shambles.

Always comes quickly and so well packaged. I cannot trust majority of the other retailers that sell black hair care but these are legit products for a great price

I usually never leave reviews, this is my first ever time leaving one on trust pilot.
The minute I received my package and saw a little post card inside saying thanks for ordering and them being a small business, I opened up my laptop and came to give this review.
I genially didnt know these guys were a small business i bought from them due to their competitive prices on amazing range of products. I bought as i am curl shampoo and rizos curl defining cream at around 6pm on thursday, unfortunately missing the same day dispatch, however they STILL managed to do same day dispatch which i was really surprised about, and 2 days later on a Saturday i received my order, compleyl perfect condition. Super glad I chose these guys and im really happy i can give such a positive review about them!

Excellent experience with Curl Care easy to order good communication at every step from ordering to delivery.

Tried the deep conditioner with baobab and shea butter. It really left my hair soft and moisturised. I added extra oil. Didn't use the shampoo( used Shea Moisture).
The pump action didn't work so unscrewed the cap.

2nd order - wide range of available products, user friendly site. quick delivery, I would recommend to anyone

Excellent customer service! I had to contact Curl Care as I had a small issue with my order, I had a reply within an hour! The issue was resolved promptly, great service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to my friends.
