Entrust the firm’s accounting to this…
Entrust the firm’s accounting to this company. In general, throughout my life I’ve dealt many times with incompetent people in the positions of assistant and ordinary manager, but this is the first time I’ve had to deal with a Director who is at the level of a bad student. I don’t understand — is this connections or favouritism? She failed everything and couldn’t properly explain why, and shifted the blame onto the assistants. Then she stopped responding. At some point this drove me crazy and through web search, GPT and Grok I found this Christina Gaidukevich. She is an expat; there is a high probability of manipulations with housing and benefits, according to electoral rolls and with real estate in Eastern Europe (very possibly Benefit fraud). On top of that, her social media wall consists of pro-Russian military propaganda, 2 siblings at war against Ukraine. This is also a question for those who promoted her for years and recommended her for promotion. Deloitte, do you still not understand why you have a rating of 1.4 here? Leeds,UK.
This place is known for discrimination…
This place is known for discrimination they allow unfair treatment to certain race. They allow their staff to indulge in unequal, unacceptable situations. It is an harmful effect of a place to let discrimination be accepted. It shows they are a place who enjoys damaging a person's dignity, self-worth and belonging. They don't care if it causes them emotional distress, reduced opportunities for their advancement they just care to be and unequal access to destroy someone future. Racial comments is what they indulge in and its sad. I would not recommend this place for any one trying to get ahead in life with respect and understanding.
DELOITTE IMMIGRATION AUSTRALIA STAY AWAY
Never use Australia Deloitte Immigration services. Used their services in 2025 and their offices are in Melbourne. Poor response time to emails, lack of professionalism as shown by making costly mistakes on visa documents!! You are better doing it yourself. I won't mention names of the immigration analysts I delt with. Stay away from them too expensive and poor services. Lots of complaints from past customer
Deloitte's management of the Oregon ONE
Deloitte's management of the Oregon ONE eligibility software system has been a nightmare for my family. I am unable to speak to an actual human regarding my case, which has been mishandled and now my family of 6 has been awarded a whopping $22 a month in assistance. I know this is due to en entry error but there is no way for me to reasonably appeal. I’m a licensed teacher and journalist, and our family hit a rough patch. We make less than $7k a month! How on earth is $22 correct? Because the entire system is through Oregon One, managed by Deloitte, I’m not able to speak to a caseworker at my local department of human health and services. My own state workers are powerless inside Deloitte’s broken system. And Oregonians are paying the price while starving. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the state against Deloitte for the harm it has caused.
Good team work

A Masterclass in How Not to Manage an Integration Project
This was one of the most disorganized consulting engagements I have encountered.
The Deloitte Workday integration team routinely provided inconsistent direction, failed to maintain clear ownership of issues, and appeared unprepared for meetings. Communication was often reactive rather than proactive, and concerns raised by partners were frequently met with defensiveness instead of collaboration.
The result was avoidable confusion, delays, and a significant amount of rework. Successful integrations require professionalism, organization, and partnership. Unfortunately, those qualities were largely absent throughout this engagement.
I expected expertise and leadership from a global consulting firm. Instead, the experience was marked by poor coordination, inconsistent communication, and an unnecessarily adversarial working relationship.
Disappointing experience for junior working student in Cyber Security Strategy
I worked as a working student (20h/week) in Cyber Security Strategy at Deloitte Frankfurt for around five months (OT Department). During the interview process, I was told the role would consist of roughly 50% technical work and 50% consulting, which was one of the main reasons I accepted the position. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very different.
From the beginning, onboarding and mentoring were poorly handled. My assigned mentor often gave unclear instructions, ignored questions, and expected me to “figure things out” without proper guidance or access rights. For example, I received tasks involving files I could not access, and instead of support, I was simply told that “it works fine” on their side.
As someone coming from a technical/software engineering background, I openly communicated when I lacked consulting-specific experience (e.g., creating OnePagers or client PowerPoint presentations) and asked for examples or templates. Instead of constructive guidance, I often received dismissive or sarcastic responses. Feedback was frequently harsh and unprofessional rather than supportive, which created a very uncomfortable working atmosphere.
In one case, after raising concerns about the working environment to another colleague, the issue was dismissed and even joked about, rather than taken seriously. This gave the impression that feedback or concerns were not handled constructively within the team.
One particularly negative experience was during a review meeting where I was heavily criticized without being given the opportunity to explain myself. During this conversation, comments were also made about my German skills and understanding, despite the fact that I studied in Germany, completed my bachelor’s degree there, and hold a C1 German level. I perceived these remarks as inappropriate and unprofessional, as they were not related to my work performance.
Another major issue was the workload expectation. Although my contract was for 20 hours per week, I regularly worked far beyond that — sometimes 50–60 hours during busy weeks — without compensation. During a review discussion with my counselor (Michi/Michael), he told me that this was “normal,” that other junior staff also worked overtime, and that it should not be openly discussed. This created a highly uncomfortable and non-transparent working environment.
The role itself also did not match the advertised responsibilities. Instead of technical cybersecurity work, most tasks consisted of preparing PowerPoint slides and formatting presentations. I felt I learned very little related to cybersecurity strategy or technical development during my time there.
Additionally, deadlines and expectations were often communicated unclearly. In several cases, I was criticized for not meeting expectations that had never been properly explained beforehand.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to:
* Lack of proper mentoring and onboarding
* Unprofessional communication and feedback culture
* Excessive unpaid overtime expectations
* Dismissive handling of employee concerns
* Inappropriate remarks regarding language/background
* Misalignment between advertised role and actual tasks
* Very limited technical learning opportunities
* Low compensation relative to workload and expectations
I joined with strong motivation and genuinely wanted to learn and contribute, but unfortunately the environment made that very difficult.

Failure to Protect 1,300 Children's Education in Sri Lanka
Deloitte Sri Lanka has been appointed as the liquidator of The Finance Company, under which Telford International School (TIS) in Galle, Sri Lanka, operates. While their mandate relates to the financial liquidation process, their lack of attention to the educational welfare of over 1,300 children enrolled at this school is deeply concerning.
Under Deloitte's oversight, the school has continued to deteriorate rapidly. Deloitte has mismanaged experienced teachers, lowered academic standards, and failed to meet the school's basic operational needs. Despite repeated requests from the TIS Protection Parents' Collective for meaningful dialogue, parents have been directed toward lengthy court processes rather than constructive discussions.
We urge Deloitte, a respected firm, to engage transparently and compassionately with parents regarding the futures of their children.
Deloitte built a website for DePaul…
Deloitte built a website for DePaul University. The public facing website is so terrible as to be unuseful. It is all about pictures and videos. There is almost no useful information available on the site. There are dead links everywhere. The search option sometimes results in non-sensical destinations. The information on departments and degree programs is incomplete and sometimes wrong. The result is a standardized, sterile web presence that tells a viewer nothing about what makes DePaul unique, why anyone would bother to enroll there. This is one star, only because zero stars are not an option. The company should be ashamed of the product.

Hostile, Intimidating, and Completely Misaligned With Its Values
This was, without exaggeration, one of the most toxic and unsettling workplaces I have experienced.
Behind the polished branding and endless talk of “values,” Deloitte Consulting felt hostile, intimidating, and deeply hypocritical. Employees were routinely made to feel disposable. In my experience, communications around money—whether related to benefits, exits, or internal policies—were handled in a way that felt aggressive and threatening rather than professional. Instead of clarity or support, fear was used as a management tool.
The power imbalance was obvious and unapologetic. Question decisions, raise concerns, or ask for fairness, and you quickly learn that silence and compliance are what’s actually rewarded. Leadership talks about integrity, but accountability seems to exist only for those at the bottom.
What made this even worse was the firm’s performative approach to “culture” and recruitment. So-called engagement and networking initiatives felt careless and exclusionary, with little regard for personal, cultural, or religious boundaries. Rather than creating an inclusive workplace, these choices sent a clear message: adapt, stay quiet, or don’t belong here.
The constant disconnect between Deloitte’s public image and internal reality is exhausting. Ethics are marketed aggressively, but when they become inconvenient, they are quietly sidelined. Burnout is normalized. Concerns are dismissed. And the brand name is used as a shield against criticism.
I would strongly warn anyone considering Deloitte Consulting—especially early-career professionals—to think very carefully. Ask uncomfortable questions. Get everything in writing. And do not assume that a big name guarantees professionalism or respect.
In my experience, it does not.
Utter frustration…
I am writing this to express my utter frustration and dissatisfaction with the current state of Deloitte’s tax declaration service. The lack of communication regarding the progress of my filing, combined with inexcusably slow internal processes, has become completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, their platform was updated and moved without any prior notice. This transition has rendered my existing login credentials useless, resulting in a blocked account and zero access to my sensitive financial data.
Deloitte Luxembourg
Deloitte Luxembourg - Extremely slow and no detailed advice
We cooperated with Deloitte's Luxembourg office . They promised the involved law firm each week over a 10 week-period that they deliver their advice on Friday of the respective week. Finally, they delivered only superficial comments with caveats on Friday before Christmas when people left for the holiday season. This behaviour is not professional. As a result, I had to cancel my holidays in the week of Christmas to get things done.
I worked for Deloitte Israel (HRT / Tel Aviv)
I worked for Deloitte Israel (Tel Aviv branch) at the HRT (Human Resource Transformation). The management was manipulative - the chief architect and the partner were both manipulative and they were liars. The chief architect made the career coaching thing an incentive to make me work extra hours, and work even on holidays to leave a good impression on the client. Turns out that the transitioning to the new job wasn't even possible, and that he double crossed me, both him (the chief architect and the partner gave different versions - giving a good clue that they made stuff up and didn't even bother to coordinate versions because they're so st**id.
At the end, when they wanted to terminate me, the chief architect mocked me and humiliated me in front of the other collogues, in the hopes that I would lash out at him, in a way that would allow him to legally deny paying termination funds when I'm gone. Thankfully I didn't lash out, but the attempt and that the HR kept defending him and denying his mocking made me second guess the morals of this department, and all I got is that they are greedy for money. This case was worth filing a complaint about in the police department and to sue this company, but I felt so sorry for such low moral levels that I've decided to spare them, but will never work there again.

I engaged consultants from Deloitte's Human Capital division in Israel (they go by the name "Human Resource Transformation", some outsourcing division) The consultants seem unprofessional, the service is pricey, and I ended up switching to another one of the big 4, and got much better results instantly.
At the bottom line I would not recommend their service.
