Poor quality control
The canvas had an object entrapped between the cover and backing. Obviously there wasn’t any quality control administered before shipping occurred. While I was contacted to verify the issue, time was of the essence and the canvas was already gifted to the recipient because it was for the funeral of a three year old child. No offer of a discount was offered, which was very disappointing. I had to apologize to the grandparents for the tackiness, but, they were touched by the image of their three year old grandson, nonetheless.

Regarding the issue you experienced, we sincerely regret that we weren’t able to resolve it in the way you had hoped. When we communicated with you previously, we did ask for a photo of the issue so our team could verify what happened. Unfortunately, since the canvas had already been gifted, we understand that it was no longer possible to provide a photo. We had also never encountered this type of issue with one of our canvases before, so having a photo to verify the situation was especially important for us to properly investigate and determine the best resolution.
That said, even without being able to verify the issue firsthand, we truly wanted to do our best to support you given the circumstances. Based on our communication, we believe the solution we offered was the best assistance we could provide under the situation.
We truly care about every canvas we create, and it’s especially heartbreaking for us to know that something went wrong with an order carrying such deep meaning. I ordered 3 of the Welcome Home canvases. With our godson's picture for my brother, sister in law and our goddaughter. They are absolutely beautiful. My first order came in on time for the services so we were able to display one. Everyone was asking where we got it from. We love them. Get customer service they keep you updated on shipping details.
