Today I visited your shop at Tribecca Mall and saw a 20% discount on a rack for shirts. I bought 2 shirts and 2 pants from your shop for an amount of Rs13,156.00 with the idea that I will get 20% on the shirts. When i inquired from the sales person, he told me the 20% meant for shirts and pants. In fact, when i read the discount panel, the 20% was written in a very big font whereas the condition to buy a shirt and a pant was written in very small font. This is clearly to confuse and cheat clients.

I ordered 324 Euro worth of clothes to be delivered at my temporary address in France. The clothes never arrived! I contacted customer service by both phone and email and never got a response! The packaged vanished and nobody will take responsibility for it or give me a refund. Absolutely incredibly off putting. I was so excited about the products, but now I will warn everyone about them, as I live between France and UK. I know many people will be unhappy.

I did my first purchase with this brand in Luxembourg (Grand-Rue). The lady was very poor in service. I asked a shirt in my size but it was not in the store. She wanted to ask in another shop but finally she didn't. She just said that I can go to another shop and check myself. The same lady was so unprofessional that she put one product twice in my shopping bag (different sizes). I purchased 2 belts, but they put 3 on my order to pay. I returned to the shop and they only gave me a refund voucher for one product. Fot the belt they refused. I had more than 600 EUR on that purchase. I will never go back to that brand again. Even though they have nice products, the quality is bad and customer service does not exist. There are plenty of brands with a good custumer service. This is definitely not a trustful brand.

I found this brand some time ago, and I liked - observe- liked their products, as they do not have stores in Sweden I take my chance to purchase when I’ve been in France. So as I said I liked them and reason why is because of the poor customer service after I bought my items, in July I bought a pair of shoes, they broke after 5 min of usage, not abusing I just took a walk. So I started to contact them on insta but was directed to fb and messenger, I sent all details and they agreed ( only writing in French) that they accepted the fault and asked me to bring the shoes back. All good except I don’t live in France and there are no stores nearby my country, I told them this and despite they saying they will help me they have now stopped replying on my messages, I paid 80€ for these shoes and they last 5 min, this is not accepted, I’m very unsatisfied and feels like they do not care and treat foreign customers as not important. For me spending 80€ on shoes are not end of the world, but poor customer service is.
