My sales agent Sean was excellent

My sales agent Sean was excellent: knowledgeable with a helpful and positive approach. I purchased 6 appliances for a new house and he helped me weigh up different options and didn’t rush me in my decision making. A positive experience.

New Dishwasher Install

Alec & Johnny came to install my dishwasher. Thorough, efficient, friendly and really pleasant to deal with. They had the new in and old out with ease. A great service carried out by two great DID employees.

Very disappointing experience in Bandon

Very disappointing experience. I went in to buy a Fitbit Charge 6. 2 staff members working/talking at the till and another dealing with a customer. There was another customer with his son walking aimlessly waiting for someone to help him. I did a lap of the shop slowly and stopped a few times looking at products, I spent a small amount of time at the smart watch collection before having to walk to the till as nobody approached me. I stood at the till and the lady looked at the shop and said something like "who needs help im ready", I asked for a black Fitbit Charge 6 and she got it. When she took my money I asked could it be put on the account or under my number, she said it was a quick sale. I said fine, but email it to me please, which she did. She then handed me a piece of paper with the link to leave a review "you can win a free tv if you do". All the while the man next to her at the till since I came into the shop was sitting there with his head in his hands looking bored. I worked in retail and now own my own business, this store was the perfect example of what not to do in retail. On a side note, the store is depressing, it's dark and dim and uninviting. The store in turners cross is miles ahead and more in line with the shopper experience people have become familiar with the likes of Harvey Norman. Hopefully you can make changes to this store as Turners cross is totally different.

As I was leaving the other customer with his son approached and asked the man at the counter a question, he was answering him while his head was in his hands. Never once was I asked was the Fitbit the correct choice for me or was any lifestyle questions asked to gain information on whether I could have been upsold.
