Luke Kelly
Luke Kelly, who works at DID in Kilkenny, was very helpful in filing a complaint about one of Ninja's products (he called the Ninja hotline). My English isn't perfect, and unfortunately, I don't understand many of the words. However, thanks to Luke, I managed to get through the complaint process without any problems. I just received a new replacement for the damaged part today. I highly recommend purchasing from DID; you can always count on professional help from the store staff. They are completely professional.

Navan store
Went into the Navan store to buy an American style fridge freezer that I had seen online . Unfortunately they hadn't got the stock, Pat who served me checked and found the last one in Drogheda . All sorted very quickly just waiting on my deliver in a few days.

Briarhill Galway had click and collect and no time to wait around! But needed not to have worried
