Exceptional service and expert advice from Eoin
After getting little to no help at other electronics stores, I visited DID Electrical and was blown away by Eoin's customer service. He was so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the best laptop. Eoin is the main reason why I purchased—DID Electrical is very lucky to have such an excellent employee! I also purchased the insurance product as it was so well explained to me. I went to the Lucan store when my fridge freezer stopped working. I dealt with Sam who was very pleasant and took time to go through the replacement options with me to fit the placement area in my kitchen and at a competitive price.
The delivery date was 5 days away but Sam at my request was finally able to get the item delivered a day earlier.
Catalin, the delivery guy, as arrived within the allotted timeframe as sent by text on the morning of the delivery date. He was really helpful and pleasant and very organised.
All in all, a very good experience. Well done Sam and Catalin ( hope I spelt his name correctly).

Went to DID Kilkenny to buy a tablet for my student daughter. Great display in the shop but zero stock. Looks like everything is geared to unreliable online shopping. Awful service instore.

Excellent service in the shop and delivery/install.
I've been using DID in Crumlin for ages.
