Amazing Service
I purchased some iGuzzini whisper table lights.
They were purchased in Australia on the Friday and arrived from Italy on the following Tuesday.
Not only was the service amazing and the best I’ve seen, the price they were able to offer was also fantastic.

We would highly recommend DiffusioneLuce to deal with as a trusted and honest company. We purchased 2 Zefferano table lamps from them online but when they arrived to Australia one was faulty. I dealt with Iohana who was fantastic and so helpful. She then organised for a replacement lamp and her help was both heartening and excellent. I had a really good experience with…
I had a really good experience with Diffusione Shop. I’m based in the US and they’re in Italy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything was handled smoothly in English and communication was never an issue.
There was a delay with my order due to the manufacturer, and I appreciated that they reached out proactively to explain what was going on and keep me updated. When the lamp finally arrived, it was unfortunately damaged. That said, it was very well packaged, so my assumption is that the issue was related to a manufacturing defect rather than shipping.
The support team, Camilla and Valentina were great to work with throughout. They were responsive, clear, and very considerate, and I always felt like they were trying to help.
Even when the insurance claim didn’t go through because of a technicality, they still stepped in and made it right by sending a replacement. The new lamp arrived in perfect condition, and they followed through the whole time.
Overall, I really appreciated how they handled everything. They were great.
