I love this company but they should always try to approve my songs so I can pitch them on Time please

Ditto is a great platform to use. Yes it costs money but they do everything for you all you have to do is upload your artwork for the album and the audio and they do the rest which I love since not all people want to sit with other platforms that has alot of restrictions and demands.

Ive had an amazing experience using Ditto Music so far. As an independent artist, finding a distribution service that's both affordable and genuinely supportive can be tough - But Ditto really does deliver on both!

The upload process is straightforward and quick, which means I could get my music onto major platforms like Spotify and Apple Music without any stress. What stood out most to me is how much control I have over my releases and royalties - it feels like my music is truly mine! Which is incredibly important to me.

Customer support has also been solid whenever ive had questions, and the overall platform is easy to navigate, even if you're new to releasing music. Its clear Ditto is built with independent artists in mind, and that makes such a huge difference.

If you're serious about getting your music out there without giving away your rights or breaking the bank, id definitely recommend Ditto. Its been a key part of my journey as an artist, and I'm excited to keep growing with it.

The Ditto support team was really helpful in telling me exactly what to do, and helping guide me through every step. They provided me with suggestions for how to go about doing the thing I needed to do, and replied in a timely manner. Overall amazing experience.

I'm not happy at all with Ditto, I had to manually request for a profile verification on Spotify whereas I was sold the assurance of instant and automatic verification after release. I haven't been able to claim my YouTube official artist channel and I haven't got help ever since; today my release is supposed to be live on all DSPs then boom, it's not! When I check it says it's live there's no new song from all my artist profiles on stores/platforms. They show Platforms which couldn't approve my release, yet I didn't even receive an email which notified me of the issue before the release at least. I'm so angry and frustrated at the same time!!!!

The new app and the system is very easy to use and great features. So happy to drop my new single thank you for your great service

After we declined an offer from a senior manager within Ditto Music, Ditto has systematically created problems for us.

They went after our most profitable track and removed Content ID from it without any reason. That was not enough, they then went after our most profitable album and claimed that one of the songs on the album was not a cover. We had to take it all the way to the publisher, who confirmed that our version was an approved cover.

What happened then? Ditto moved on to another track, and in that way pressured us into taking the album down and releasing it through another distributor, who found no issues with the album.

All of this happened despite the fact that we have written email confirmation that Ditto would not remove Content ID from older tracks. However, their communication has been inconsistent and their commitments have not been upheld.

The last time we withdrew money from our Ditto account was January 21. Now, on April 14, we decided to withdraw the amount that had built up, and what happens? Now, a full 9 days later, it is still marked as “processing”.

No explanation, and Ditto acts as if we are their bank. We are customers, and when you have a long standing customer relationship, you expect to be able to withdraw money when it is available.

Ditto may claim that the amount is larger than usual, but from January 21 until now, it is actually less than usual.

We find this kind of client scrutiny inappropriate and unprofessional. From our perspective, it gives the impression that Ditto does not want to continue the relationship, but instead of stating it clearly, they delay payments and create unnecessary friction when we request a withdrawal.

I HAVE JUST JOINED THIS PLATFORM ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND UPTO TODAY HAVE FOUND IT AWESOME

the process for uploading your music is reliable, simple to upload & an easy to use interface.
I've had no problems setting up my Artists profile and the staff have been helpful if i needed some assistance.

Ditto is a Great way to get your music on the Major platforms .. i would highly recommend you use this service :) 10/10
