Just a suggestion of warning to consider before you buy, from my experience: Avoid this company if you can buy your product anywhere else in the UK/ your home country or on Amazon. Slow delivery that missed my dive date so, very sadly, I had to buy a mask on Amazon anyway and worse; admittedly I should have checked but these days I don't expect to have to pay GBP11.49 for postage to return something small that didn't cost much more than that. I bought 2 masks separately and it seems that to create a return for each I have to pay that GBP11.49 TWICE. Contacting them seems to be initially only by AI chatbot so they can't answer a slightly unusual question like mine about combining 2 returns so I only have to pay one fee to return the two items in one package - I "raised a ticket" via the chatbot but haven't heard back yet. The phone number is in Spain and I'm not paying for that call. Very un-cool.
You don't need to buy from them, most companies these days do free returns and you can get pretty much anything they sell, elsewhere or local.
Suggestion to DiveINN to improve:
- State up front, clearly that you don't do free returns.
- Warn that delivery is not going to be quick.

this is unbeleiveable.
i made an order, first they said it will arrive from 1 week to 1 and a half week, never happend.
i been waiting since 10th June, and now, the order has updated to: Auguest 2nd.
this is by far the worst site shipping i ever seen.

I ordered a BEUCHAT Redrock 5mm spearfishing jacket (Red, size XL), but instead of the jacket, you sent me the trousers. I really don't know how I'm supposed to wear trousers as a jacket. :-)))
Also, I paid for expedited UPS shipping, which stated delivery in 2–3 days. It took 6 days to arrive.
So, you caused me unnecessary expense. Now I have two pairs of the same trousers and a lousy jacket I had to buy at a local shop just so I could enjoy spearfishing during my vacation.
I hope you had a good laugh at my misfortune.

Had no issues at all with this company/order. Will definitely use again, and recommend! ☺️

I would be very cautious about ordering from this company.
I placed an order containing 2 items. The Diveinn later informed me that one of the products was delayed and offered the option to remove the item and receive a refund for the corresponding amount. Based on this, I cancelled the delayed item and proceeded with the rest of the order.
The remaining item was subsequently shipped, but the promised refund for the cancelled product was not issued. When I contacted customer service to ask about the missing refund, 122GBP, I received a generic response totally unrelated to my enquiry and did not address the issue.
My concern is not the stock delay itself, as these things can happen, but the failure to process the refund as stated and the lack of a meaningful response from customer support. I am still waiting for the refund and a proper explanation.

Terrible customer service, my order has now taken over 3 months and still not arrived, customer service just keep responding with it is on its way and the recent communication was even for a different parcel going to a different destination so they don’t seem to have a clue what is happening, it is like talking to a robot. If all goes smoothly they may be ok but I will not be taking the risk again.

Took 50 days to get order. The delivery window was expired for over a month before it arrived. They refused to give me information as to the whereabouts of the item.

Delivery dates don't mean anything to this company.
It's clear from my experience and their reviews they consistently claim something is available but when you order it they don't actually have the item.
Part of my order was "being transported to dispatch centre" for 6 days. The rest was supposedly in stock. I asked them to split the order to ship the items that were in stock because the order was late.
They refused, told me to replace or cancel the items they didn't actually have.
I cancelled the out of stock item and they updated the shipping estimate to a further 6-10 days in the future (longer than the total original estimated shipping time)
It's a systematic problem they just seem to try and absolve themselves of any responsibility and blame their suppliers.
