Guten Tag,

Wie oft muss ich DivX kaufen um es zu aktivieren. Ich hatte am 3.06.2025 DivX 11 erworben, gefühlt 5x installiert. Leider hält Windows 11 nur immer 2 Monate, dann unreparabel.
Mit Divx 10hatte ich nie Probleme mit dem installieren, runterladen , während der Installation den Key eingeben, Software nutzen.
Alles zum Wohle des Users , im Negativen Sinne. Warum lässt man manche Sachen nicht so wie sie sind, einen Vorteil sehe ich hier nicht !
Soll ich jetzt bei jeder Neuinstallation von Windows 11 DivX neu kaufen.
Es gib auch Software die muss ich vor jeder Neuinstallation von Win 11 zurück setzen, ist zwar ätzend, daran habe ich mich aber gewöhnt, nachdem ich 4-5 x den Support angeschrieben hatte !

Ich freue mich auf Antwort , KI hatte schon geantwortet, hatte mir aber nicht geholfen, das wußte ich schon wie man die Software zu Pro akrtiviert.

Bekomme ich Rabatt wenn ich die Software 5x gekauft habe ?

How many times do I have to buy DivX to activate it? I purchased DivX 11 on June 3, 2025, and have installed it about five times. Unfortunately, Windows 11 only lasts about two months before becoming irreparable.

With DivX 10, I never had any problems installing, downloading, entering the key during installation, or using the software.

All for the user's benefit, in a negative sense. Why can't some things just be left as they are? I don't see any advantage here!

Am I supposed to buy DivX again every time I reinstall Windows 11?

There's also software that I have to reset before every Windows 11 reinstallation. It's annoying, but I've gotten used to it after contacting support four or five times!

I look forward to your reply. AI already responded, but it didn't help me; I already knew how to activate the software to Pro.

I just got a suspected spam from this company, and I'm glad I checked your reviews first! I never contacted them, but they sent me a download link, which I will now ignore.

Seems to be fraudulent. New divx11 installer is recognised by windows as a malware/trojan. I have rather mixed feelings because divx is recognisable and also have their software purchased in the past but something aint right here.

Their website has scam ads. Be careful and do not provide your payment card details

Needed an audio plugin, went to their site. Got it, creditcard got charged and I got a serial number for the plugin (in browser, no e-mail). Entered serial number as pr. instructions and got confirmation from the DivX player and now, some time later, it tells me that my free trial is up! (yep, credit card did get charged). Can't get in contact with customer service - on the sites "support" section you can go to "Register Your Device", "Forums", or "Labs". No mail, online form, chat, or number where someone representing the company can be reached. All links on the site which are apparently leading to actual contact data ends up at the "forums" where they can just "moderate" away anyone calling out their scams. And where the "Ask DivX Customer Support a Question leads to a form that freezes after choosing [*Question Type:]
