I purchased a brand new Dodge Charger

I purchased a brand new Dodge Charger, full bells and whistles, and for 2 YEARS it has been squeaking when going over bumps. I've taken it to multiple dealers, and both acknowledges the issues. I took it to the first dealer 6+ times for diagnostic and warranty work, but they never fixed the issue... They then claimed that there was no issue with the car. I opened a case with Dodge and the Customer Care started out well but quickly turned into a disaster with months between contacts and no real work on their side. Finally took the car to a second dealer and they immediately heard the same issue I've been complaining about for a year. They then attempted to fix it three times, again to no avail. Case Management does nothing to escalate the claim and dodge customer service either redirects the call or hangs up on me. I would personally never purchase a new dodge again.

2019 Dodge RT these Dodge vehicles are…

2019 Dodge RT these Dodge vehicles are junk. You can't get the battery out from the passenger seat it's in the worst spot ever. Not only that I keep finding problem after problem with this car. This is the third Dodge I've had and every time I buy one if it's a Chrysler or Dodge the vehicles are so much to maintain. If I was you I would stay clear from all Dodge vehicles and all Chrysler vehicles. They are made so cheap and I mean cheap. I regret buying this car I really do there's so much other I could talk about but it's not even worth wasting my time I'm very upset with the people that design these Dodge vehicles date of EXP date of expiration

Never buy a Ram

Bought a new 2021 Ram 1500 and loved it, planned to drive Rams for life and pass the passion to my three young boys (2, 3, and 4). After a 2-month deployment, returned to mold everywhere from a rear window leak (independent inspection confirmed, not third brake light). Only 13,000 miles; this is a known issue in 2019-2021 models (TSBs exist for leaks/cracked frames causing mold).
Ram Customer Care and dealership refused help: demanded out-of-pocket diagnosis/repairs ($400 to re-seal, nothing for mold damage), ignored my report. Safelite offers full replacement + lifetime warranty for the same price, better than the manufacturer!
Stellantis won’t stand behind their product despite widespread complaints. My kids will grow up knowing Ram trucks have quality failures and the company doesn’t fix them. You’ve lost me and my family’s future business. I’ll warn everyone: avoid Ram/Stellantis.

Run if tranny is near 70,000 miles.

I bought this vehicle with 70,000 on odometer Unfortunately, I did not read about it first
.The tranny is weak. Many many go out in the mis 70’s. Mine did, at74,000 miles.
I called Amoco, They wanted $3,800. Went to three other local non-franchised independent shops. Got three prices:$2,800, $2,600, & $2,200. Oddly enough, the $2,200 shop had the best verbal rating for quality of work & job completed when promised.
I WOULD NOT buy another, unless it was very low mileage & I intended to sell before 60,000 miles.

Dodge Abuses Privacy For Years

Dodge has abused my privacy settings since I bought the car over six years ago. They all lie at every level up to the Privacy Department. They say it will stop but they just keep abusing you.

Garbage sales solicitations in the mail wasting their own money, my privacy and time, and all of our environment--all as an AIRBAG RECALL HAS DRAGGED ON FOR YEARS.

Thirty year customer who will never ever ever ever buy anything from Dodge again. They are a lost cause with no respect for a good customer from the very simplest things right on up to recall airbag safety.

I grew up with Dodge and Mopar now I'm an adult and I'm disabled because the tree fell on me fighting fires I was able to buy a 1990 Dodge Ram extended van with a 5.9 engine and now they're telling me that there's a part that puts out a code 37 for the brakes to work properly and it is a dual solenoid hydraulic valve my van is no good without it and now they're telling me they don't make the part anymore and if that's the case I will never buy another f****** Dodge in my life and I will never recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango

I purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango.

I had the best experience with the dealer, who is not on this website: Doug Henry Chrysler Dodge in Kinston, NC. ** So, Dodge- just a head’s up, they are amazing.

I traded my 2017 Chrysler 300 for the Durango. I’m love with this vehicle. I went from a pretty plushy car to a Durango & it was the best decision. I was worried that switching from a car to a SUV would be truck-like, but that isn’t the case at all with this Durango. It’s a very plush & comfortable experience every time I drive. It doesn’t need to be babied because it can haul too.

There’s an app that you download with this vehicle & you can start your car & DRIVE it with the app (even if you lost your keys) I KNOW, right?

DALLAS DODGE: ON I-635

In February 2024, I took my Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel to have a general inspection done, at they time, I had just filled up my diesel tank just before I took it in…they were supposed to have the work done in 2 days, it took them 4 days, and that was because I told them that I needed to have my truck back for work…but that is not all…when I got it back, I’ve noticed that it was missing about 10 to 15 gallons of Diesel fuel, someone there stole my Diesel fuel, ai told the service men about it, but nothing happened…DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE…there are other Dealerships around that are honest, I do not recommend it at all.

Constant mechanical issues

I own a 2019 Ram Promaster 2500 with about 40K milage. In just a couple years of ownership, it's had a total transmission replacement, needed 2 front axle replacements, replacement of the electric locks and replacement of the emergency braking system. The transmission was recalled 3 months after replacement, so it may need a second replacement. The recall involved risk of the vehicle slipping out of park and rolling away. How does that get shipped??

We've spent thousands on mechanical issues, not to mention the months it's sat unusable in the shop waiting for parts. It's unbelievable that companies can ship faulty products and the customer is ultimately accountable.

Indescribable emotions

Dodge is something that I associate US car manufacturing market with. Of course, one may state that Ford is the same kind of company which everyone treats as something purely American, but being played most of time in racing video games, I can't restrain myself from expressing how I am grateful to Dodge for their Viper series.
I once had a chance to have a test track on Viper GTS and the emotions I had can't be expressed in words whatsoever. They are indescribable.

They are thinking different

They are thinking different, built different and building their cars different than the rest of the industry. They always will have their place in this business as the american car maker. one of the beacons of reflecting what the american muscle car looks like. excellent designs, and it drives well! good to make donuts with on the asphalt haha

I’m an elderly lady on disability 66 years old I bought a Dodge 2015 new did everything I was supposed to do ordered a fan for the radiator to keep the engine cool cost me 550 something dollars the fan did not work took it back said they would have to wait until Friday to return my money. Got the Vin number from my truck so they could replace the part at no cost refused to give my money back after I found it at a parts store for half the price. I think they are taking advantage of older people and women. I have to do without meds and groceries to get the part, I had a very happy Thanksgiving. This is a Interstate Dodge West, Monroe Louisiana .

Dodge and most American vehicles still…

Dodge and most American vehicles still have a loud horn honk when you set the alarm… Do any of these engineers live close to neighbors or ever pull up late at night and don’t want a loud horn honk to wake people up? It’s hard to fathom that they are still designed like this! Also, on this 2020 dodge caravan When I press recirculate for the cabin air to stay circulating clean air rather than sucking in exhaust from trucks, the setting switch is off and goes back to pulling in truck exhaust… Another design flaw that is totally unacceptable
